    The bus itself was lovely, clean and comfortable. However for some reason we kept making stops and sometimes no one would be getting on or off the bus. That led to us arriving half an hour late and I missed my transfer.

    Theoretically everything went smooth. But this bus does not go straight to Phuket. In the tour agency they have map with something like 8 to 10 stops. This would be okay and no problem at. But in reality this bus stops at every little village and in total we are talking about 30 stops. This of course has a direct influence on the scheduled arrival time. We were about one hour late!

    Bus was 40 mins late then unfortunately (not really his fault) we Sat at gas station for 1 hour to fill up. Then we were 2 hrs late overall so missed my ferry. But luckily they let us on a later boat. I did not jook a combined ticket.

    We thought this was a VIP Express bus. It stopped at every town which we didn’t mind. But he dropped us off in the middle of nowhere in Chumphon - not the bus depot which was 18 minutes away.

    It was a comfortable ride and friendly staff. However the bus times were wrong and it left 30 minutes before what 12go Asia said. It's lucky we turned up early.

    Voucher worked ok, but was listed by the bus company as starting from Bus Station Terminal 2 Phuket, not Khao Lak outside McDonalds. This initially caused confusion trying to work out who I was, but it was sorted out in the end, and the problem identified.

    Bus delayed 40mins, ride was okay. Rungkit station in Chumphon far out of town and far away from all other transport hubs. If you head for the beach it might be ok but you’ll still need an expensive taxi.

    The bus from Phuket to Chumphon has had a delay. So we have had to wait for more than one hour. The area we we have to wait isn't so nice, smells unpleasant.

    Bus was on time in Kuraburi, there was no problem with tickets ( were prepared and were waiting for us). Seats comfortable, staff helpfull. Unfortunately the bus was 30 minutes late in Phuket.
