Too many people in the van and not enough space for the bags.
The driver stopped too often to deliver packages or make purchases (pallets of beer).

The driver was talking to children in a video call for about 15 minutes whist driving the bus.
He also go impatient whilst driving behind a car being driven slow and made a very dangerous overtake with a large truck coming in the opposite direction. The ongoing truck had to slow down and a songtheaw had to brake and sounded his horn at our bus driver.
This driver needs to drive safely and show more professionalism.

The transport van between Krabi and Surat seemed like it was about to die, was a very jumpy and noisy ride from the van. Other than that a really smoothly ran service and we'd recommend the company and would use them again.

After the first ferry everyone left in a minibus but we had to wait 30 minutes without an explanation, before our vehicle came. Then there was a 3 hour ride without a pause (or a possibility to buy drinks).

Very efficient and amazing for the money you are paying. Faultless system, all connections met. Had to call because we were to be picked up from pier at 8 am but they were very helpful on the phone and we were picked up 10 minutes later so dont hesitate to call if unsure. Long journey but worth the money. The staff at Phantip were very helpful and offered to organise taxi to our accommodation on Koh Samui.

The driver did not ask in english the final destination of arrival, so he stopped in another bus terminal, different from the terminal that was indicated on the ticket.
Thanks to a guy working at terminal, he explained all that and the driver brought us to the right terminal, yelling to us in thai.
For this situation we arrived 30 minutes late.
But the overall trip was quite ok.

Very easy process booking and travelling with 12Go and their partner.
Although the ferry did get in an hour later than scheduled (we were warned of this potentially happening when booking, so not a problem)
I managed to take the earlier van / ferry than the one I have booked so I arrived 3 hours before originally scheduled, very good but the van needs to change suspensions and shocks
Great service. Friendly staff met me at arrival to Surat Thani, a comfortable transfer to the ferry pier and a very comfortable and easy crossing on the ferry. Would recommend!
Too much delays. The driver returns to Donsak to get additional passenger but never actually picked up. And then took another ten minute break at nearby station 5 minutes from Donsak for no reason.
