    Very easy, straightforward trip to the airport. Slightly late to the get there, traffic is generally bad in Bali, so need to account for that.

    The trip itself was okay but they advertise one hour drive and then the day before they told me it would take one hour and a half. For me it worked fine but might now work for other people.

    The coach was nice, but the drivers were aggressive on the road and I had to wear a seatbelt in the bed to not fly off. Hard stopping/braking and constant honking of the horn at night made me feel like I was in India. At times, they would awake the bus yelling “get up” to get off the bus to use the toilet. It was not a relaxing/restful ride at all. I was disappointed and wrote to the owner of the company to express my concerns.

    Pick up was on time and the trip was good and as fast as possible. Please be aware, that grab is yet not available at Amed and gojek is not allowed to pick you up at the drop off point in Amed. So you have to use one of the taxis, which was quiet expensive. In our case there where no taxis around, so we had to wait very long.

    Fantastic Journey. The ride went smoothly, the 5 hours flew by in no time. (Far less painful than a5 hour Jetstar flight from Australia!! 😆 ) Passing beautiful countryside, only a couple of stops along the way to drop passengers off- which was a great opportunity to stretch the legs, have a smoke and snap a photo. All good. I will be using this shuttle service again in the future. Highly recommended!

    We had to transfer at ubud and the bus was 2 hours late. Obviously the traffic was a big reason for this, but honestly it felt like poor planning. We got no information or updates about this.

    There was no office or booth, the hotline didn't work, 12go asia didn't help, so until the shuttle actually arrived nearly 1 1/2 hours later it was a relief.

    Everything was great. Comfortable van with AC, it arrived 15 minutes late but the staff informed us about it. Go with extra time before your flight to avoid traffic delays. We took exactly 1 and half hours. No issues.

    O ponto de encontro para levantar os bilhetes não é nas coordenadas indicadas, mas sim aqui “Jl. Silayukti, Padangbai, Kec. Manggis, Kabupaten Karangasem, Bali 80871, Indonésia”. Supostamente a partida era às 13h30 mas só saiu às 14h10.

    Op tijd vertrokken. Verkeer op Bali is door de kleine wegen erg druk dus over 24 km doe je 2 uur. De route was kuta- sanur - padangbai. Ik denk dat wanneer er meer passagiers zijn ( 2 pax op mijn reis) dan gaan ze verder naar candidasa en amet.

    An sich war alles bestens: Bequemes Fahrzeug (nehmt euch was zum Drüberziehen mit, da die Klima manchmal sehr kalt sein kann). Netter Fahrer... In Ubud machten wir einen Stopp. Es hieß man kann auf Toilette gehen, so 10min Pause. Aber als sich nach einer halben Stunde immer noch nichts tat, fragten wir nach, dann hieß es nur Pause Toilette, rauchen, 15min, alle Fahrer fahren zusammen los. Das hätte man im Voraus nur einfach klar und deutlich kommunizieren können, dann hätte man zum Beispiel sich in der Zeit noch was zu Essen besorgen können. Ich denke aber nicht, dass die Pause normal ist, denn ohne wären wir pünktlich gewesen und durch diesen langen Zwischenstopp kamen wir einiges zu spät. Also bei Anschlussfähren wäre es problematisch...
