Jan SOverall good. But ferry arrived 2h later than advertized. Seats could be more comfortable. VIP seats in first bus excellent. Also, snacks im VIP bus very delicicous, blanket and pillow were nice too. 2nd bus ride good but too much active cooling and I couldn't turn it off. Ferry was ok, but toilet on ferry was defective and very dirty. Toilet at the Southern Terminal in Bangkok was very dirty and no toilet paper and no soap. Also, midnight stop for eating was a bit too short and food was not super good. But I would recommend it to friends.

Kate LLovely experience. The whole process went smoothly from check in to arrival. Lovely service aboard the night bus and everything ran on time. The VIP bus was really comfortable with pillow and blanket and managed to sleep really well and arrived at our destination on time with no problems. Highly recommend.

Shona WWe were not provided any information regarding pick ups. We arrived at the ferry port and we’re unaware of what to do next. It took a long time and a lot of stress to realise that we had to then get on a cart to a bus to a minivan and then the vip bus. This was very confusing. The staff were lovely and drivers were great, but the communication from 12Go regarding the mechanics of the trip was poor.

Stepan JTrip from Koh Samui to Bankok, from Pier to Surathani we have go via old bus dor aboit hour with no buffers then we change to small Van which take us another half an hour to some bus station where we have to wait almost 2 hours to get finalls to VIP bus, which was very comfortable and we got nice snacks and around 10pm evening even good dinner at bus stop.
Main issues with this company is that you need to change transport vehicle several time, Ferry + old bus + Van + VIP bus. We have arrived slightly late about 15 minutes to Mochit

Miray Tthe bus was soooo cold we got sick. we told them to please turn it off or low but they didn’t. i couldn’t sleep bc i was freezing and it wasn’t comfortable for me bc of the cold. please find a solution for this problem

Georgina SThe ticket woman on the bus made it the most uncomfortable experience. She came and sat on my feet with out saying sorry or excuse and took the space I was trying to sleep on. Then kept having her phone on loud which kept ringing or getting a text message. The aircon broke and we got switched to another vehicle which was not as comfortable.

Afaq BGood bus! I’m 5‘11 and comfortably fit. Seat fully reclines and you have foot rest! Gets cold at night as AC blasting but they give you blankets and pillow( bring hoodie if worried about the cold). Our operator was also lovely and catering! Don’t forget you get a FREE meal - operator dose make this very clear

Peter NThe bus took off at 7 pm. Everyone was asleep, but woken at 11.30pm to have dinner. Would preferred to remain asleep. We arrived at 4am at a place where we had to switch busses and had to wait there for 1,5 hours for the next bus to arrive. Overall not much sleep during the trip.

Andrea LThe Bus drive was okay, AC not too cold, driving felt a bit adventurous at times but might be due to the height of the vehicle (we sat upstairs). Communication was absolute shit. We were thrown out the bus at one point "Koh samui, Ko phangan go now, go now, go now" without knowing what to wait for. After an hour or so a second bus turned up, we needed to get a sticker for the final destination (check what your ticket says, ours was wrong). Taxi lady wasn't too bossy, we just said we already had a transfer and she let us be. Second bus threw us out at the ferry, again no communication where to go but local workers helped out.
Overall it was okay. Not horrible, not great. Snacks were good though 😉

Jack Ebus was comfy, air con was a good level until the end of the trip when it got a bit cold. You get given water, biscuits, some juice and a blanket. you stop around midnight with the opportunity to get food as well as to go the toilet, they however weren’t that much better than the onboard toilet.

Meike KThe bus was super comfortable. The seats reclined to sleep and had lots of space. They also give you pillow and blankets and snacks and water. Your ticket also includes a meal to a comedor where you stop on the road. They dropped us of in Surat Thani where you wait for another bus for 2hrs to get to the entrance of Khao Sok Village. From there you Walk or get another shuttle to the place you stay.

Julie CVery bad! Got a ticket from Koh Phangan to Bangkok center, with a boat and a bus. So we got off the boat after 3h, they put us in some sort of tiny tourist train, then a mini van without telling us how long the ride is going to be. Then we get to a “travel agency” after an hour in the mini bus and there some people get off but not us. After an other 15 min drive (and a small accident on the road, our driver hit a parked cars mirror) we get dropped off at a cafe and the driver just told us “wait here” and left with the van. I tried calling the number on our tickets but they weren’t helpful at all… So after that checked Google maps to find out we were a block away from the bus station in Suratthani . Went there and we got the news that the bus to Bangkok was at 7pm (it was 2:45pm). The bus was fine, not too comfortable but ok. Managed to sleep an hour or two, we stopped at midnight to eat at a big food mall where we had a free main meal, we got chicken on rice.

Eleanor CBus was comfortable to sit on, seats reclined well. However, legs especially knees & feet end up hurting and aching because of how you’re laid/ sat - making it very difficult to get in a comfortable sleeping position.
Would recommend overall, it was surprisingly quick for a 12hr journey, there weren’t any issues & can’t argue with price either. USB ports on bus do eventually work once you’d been travelling for a bit too.

Love NBus run down, nothing is working. Not entertainment, not massage seats. Only thing working was ac on too cold! Long trousers and a jacket plus a blanket and you still freeze.
Change bus 05:00 only to get "extra money" from people not booking throu 12go. Change took 1,5h. Second bus very run down with holes in seats and a hole in the floor! Also some strange thing when you leave your ticket at one place and got handed another ticket at another place. Just dropped at the pier no check if you knew where to go. Had to ask around for it.
You got there but could be organised much better.

Melissa DThe first trip was very nice. We got some water and snacks. We knew that we have to change the vehicle, but didn’t know at what time. In our case ist was at 5 am in the Morning and we had to wait until 7:30 am for the next bus.
All in all it was a good ride for the price but maybe the people need more information in advance.

Aleksandra SIt was very very cold. Some ppl ask attendant to make it less cold but nothing changed. To go to koh phangan you have: sleeping bus, then you change for a normal bus, and then you have something like tuk tuk at the end.

The bus is awesome. The seats are crazy good, there’s even massage built in then.
It’s maybe too cold inside, yes, but if you read the reviews and get some warmer clothes on, it’s fine. They also provide a blanket and a cushion.
There’s also some nice complimentary stuff: crackers, a soft drink, water. And a stop at night market with a free buffet.
We were late due to heavy rain and Bangkok Friday traffic, we called the company and they agreed to wait for us for 10 minutes.
All the staff from the bus terminal to the transfer to the ferry is very helpful and polite.

Carl BBus got us and transferred us to exactly where we were meant to go, nice and comfortable bus would definitely go again however I booked for better seats and ended up having cheaper seats and never got reimbursed for this? Also no real sense of communication, you just get dropped off in the middle of no where and wait for tomorrow to speak to you, then you wait a few hours for a minivan which then drops you off at the pier but doesn’t tell you which pier to go to. Luckily the girl behind the counter spoke a little English and helped us out.

Sugiyama HTout s’est passé comme prévu, les bus à l’heure ( il y a 3 changements une fois arrivé à la ville de Surthani: pour ceux qui vont à Koh Phangan), top confort pour le VIP.
L’hôtesse est aimable, il y a le dîner compris ( à minuit sur une aire d’autoroute folklo!!!) et des boissons/ gâteaux pour le trajet.

Tuyet VMost of the trip was good, instructions were clear for breaks and transfer, seats comfortable in the bus and with a lot of space. However when whe stoped to transfer from the bus to the minivan, a lady from the agency told us we had to pay some more to arrive at another pier and take a mini van for 700bahts. Didn't feel like we had a choice and it was 5am so I did pay that price, however i feel like it was no necessary when I arrived at the pier. So all included is not really all included ? ...

Patrick EMan muss sich im Klaren sein, dass man um 5 morgens aus dem Bus geworfen wird, ohne viel Information. Dann quetscht man sich samt Gepäck auf die Ladefläche eines Pickups. Der Fahrer wirft einen irgendwo raus und zeigt auf einen Minibus. Der wiederum schmeißt einen raus und zeigt erneut auf einen Pickup. Letzteres bring einem zur Fähre, wo man ca. 2,5 std. auf die nächste Fähre wartet, welche ca 2 std nach Koh Samui fährt. Dort angekommen sollte man sich im Vorhinein um einen Transport kümmern. Wir dachten wir könnten einen günstigen Transport über Grab buchen, aber leider war kein Fahrer anzufinden, weshalb wir für 700 B. vor Ort ein überteuertes Taxi nehmen mussten.

Seana Everything was super smooth until we got to surrat Thani and then we had to get on three separate vehicles which included loading and unloading our bags each time. After traveling all night we were already exhausted and this was confusing and didn’t seem necessary.
