The driver didn’t let us choose the seats, he said we should stay in the back of the van. All the seats were empty at that point. We said that my girlfriend is pregnant. But he still refused. And afterwards he went to pick up two couples from a hotel. He basically kept the good seats for “more important” people from a fancy hotel.

It's not really clear where in the plaza you are meant to wait, I wandered round asking other mini buses if they were 'my' bus and then when the bus did come it was half an hour early and a different reg plate to what I had been given so glad I was there super early and asking about else I could have easily missed it

The service is good, but it could be better. He picked me up at the hotel, which is a plus point. However, we waited 10 minutes for two people, who were not "passengers" but locals hitchhiking. I believe I was the only "passenger" in the van. But it was full. When we arrived in Da Nang, the driver took everyone to their destination. As I had read the stop location on the voucher, I asked, at the third stop to drop off the locals, if it would be the last. The driver said no and asked if I wanted to drop me off at the hotel, which I thought was excellent, and at first it would be free, as he wrote in GT and then he changed his mind and asked for 70kVND. I accepted, but what was free cost more than 1/3 of the trip. Detail that during the trip, had a woman vomiting and they did nothing.

12go has been truly the best booking site for me. I had to change my travel plans a few times and their response was extremely quick (less than half a day). They were patient and accommodated my changes when they could.
When I wanted to confirm the pick up location on the actually day bus I contacted them on Facebook and less than 30 mins later they messaged me on WhatsApp with a map location of the car.
Excellent and efficient service!! Kudos to the staff.

We thought we had to go meet somewhere but got an email from the company asking if we wanted to be picked up at the hotel , which was perfect!
The driver was on time and even fit our big bags in the trunk !
The bus was very clean , we were only unlucky to get the back seats that do not recline as much.
The driver dropped everyone at the Hotel in Da Nang and as we were staying in Hoi An he was kind enough to drop us off as close as possible and even offered to call us a cab for the rest of the journey.

The driver will call you on that day. If you dont know, just add zalo and use google translate. Copy vietnamese language. Wait at Vinh Trung plaza. Better close to The Blues cloth shop. However departure has been late for 10 to 15mins, and need to pick up people at some other place, it makes final arrival time at around 1040am. One good thing is driver will ask where to drop u by, but it takes some time also before your destination. Supposed 2hrs trip so it charged higher, but at the end not 2hrs. Anyway, still put 5points as overall Hue journey was not much affected.
