    The bus arrived on time and was very comfortable, with leather seats, adjustable backrests and footrests. There was also a free bottle of water for everyone. The driver drove very well and even dropped me off directly at my accommodation. We also had a toilet break along the way. Everything was great! I would definitely recommend this bus service. 😊

    Excellent new bus and a very good driver. I enjoyed taking a daytime trip for a change from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang. We had two good rest stops, and I think there were toilet facilities at all the stops. The USB socket at my seat at A8 could not be used unfortunately and needs to be fixed. The socket was misaligned with its cover so I couldn't get my plug in. Hahn Cafe needs to have an online form, or perhaps a direct WhatsApp contact number for passengers to report these issues. We left Ho Chi Minh city in a small bus and transferred after an hour to the main coach, which took us all the way to the Hahn Cafe depot on the edge of Nha Trang. Many passengers were then taken by a small bus to drop us all off at Hyatt Regency, which was not the destination on my ticket (not that this concerned me)

    We are a family of 5. We booked a luxury sleeper. In the pictures we saw 2 rows of beds so that's what was booked. In reality we got a simple sleeper with 3 rows of beds, cramped and hot. In addition we only got top beds. At the reception they told us it was a problem with the company we booked from.

    It was a very enjoyable experience. Our driver came to get us at our hotel and he was very nice to take our pictures throughout the tour. The white sand dunes were extremely fun! The rides in trucks went fast and the views were hard to beat! Would totally recommend!

    Booked a 12:50pm bus, arrived at 12:30pm at the pick-up location and was told the bus was full and that we would instead be on the 1:30pm bus. Had to wait an hour before getting on a shuttle to the actual bus.

    Bus was comfty and clean, on time and we made enough toilet stops. Would have been a great experience, but when we got our backpacks back, they were completely wet inside out and smelled Like Fish… Seems like they transportet fresh Fish and something leaked. We had to wash everything including the bag and all the stuff in it…

    It was a ceey relaxing and comfortable ride which provided a sleeper . I rung up the bus companies office and it was organised they picked me ip outside my resort which was on the route. The drop off was within 50 metres of my hotel. Extremelly smooth and exceptional value for money.

    The bus was very beautiful clean bus, the driver was very friendly, the AC was the best we have experience in any car or bus, would definitely give it a 10+. As an older couple we did enjoy the experience but it was tough for me to get into the top bed, the bed was comfortable but designed for thin people, the wifi was very good for a moving bus, it really could do with a toilet, because it is for very long journeys, the bus we got, picked up and dropped off alot of people and parcels along the way, so what we believed to be a 3 and half hour journey ended up being 5 hours.

    12Go listed the wrong departure and arrival time for the bus. I booked 2am - 5am and that’s what the confirmation ticket says. However, when I got there, they said my reservation is for 3am - 6am. Had they not moved me to an earlier bus, I would have missed my connection. I also got a lesser vehicle than the one I purchased.     We were expecting to arrive from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh at 7:30, however we had arrived at 5:30. I understand that the estimated time of arrival is based on the service provider's experience, however being 2 hours earlier seems to be a bit too much. We have taken a lot of sleeping vehicles during the night, and this one has been the least comfortable we had taken in SE Asia. So we are not that satisfied about our experience.

    Good bus. Left a little early after making sure everyone was on the bus. The seat numbers are confusing as they had arrows next to the seat number pointing towards the wrong seat. This caused some confusion as someone couldn’t find their seat to end up realizing I was in theirs and then I had to get up and change after being settled in for several minutes. Just ignore the arrows and go into the seat closest to the number you’re given. WiFi was good and water was given. AC was weak so I was slightly uncomfortable the whole night. Rest stop about every hour so you don’t have to worry too much about there not being a restroom on board. Three seats per row so not as spacious as sleeper buses with only two per row. Got to the HCMC in about 6 hours which was 1.5 hours earlier than scheduled. I didn’t mind but don’t expect to sleep for 7 hours on board if you’re traveling from Nha Trang to Saigon.

    It was great right up until we got dropped off. A group of men were banging on the front window, looking into the bus & shouting. It was quite scary, especially as we arrived early & it was not clear that we had arrived.

    Chosen bus did not get confirmed, so i went to their office and got scheduled on another bus around the same time. Good service by the operator, but canceled busses should not be listed.

    Very rude staff at Phan Thiet station who did not organise my transfer to hotel. They kept telling me to wait, 5 minutes, 10 minutes then pretend they haven't spoken to me before. In the end I paid for private taxi instead.

    Booked 2 seats and was given 2 seats next to driver. Would have been a comfortable ride the seats were nice in the bus, but they put us right in the front and my husband has really long legs so we were crammed in the front. I’m sure the ride was great for the rest of the guests. Get there early so your seat isn’t taken
