    The bus driver was very careful of making our ride as comfortable as possible considering the huge amount of roadworks for 30-40 klms. My only beef was getting dropped off at the terminal outside of the city which cost me extra for a Grab ride into the city. Considering there is a terminal right in the centre of the city which is the one I used for my return journey. This bus was a much older one compared to the one on my return journey

    I travelled with this same bud company from Chiang Mai. The driver was very careful considering the amount of roadworks along the way. We even had a rest stop this time. The seats were OK as this was not a very long journey compared to others. I was happy to catch the bus from the terminal right in the centre of the city vs the one when I arrived.

    Bus was not particularly comfortable. Halfway through the trip, the bus emitted a a series of long beeps lasting over an hour. It was headache- inducing.

    The bus left in time, the driver was friendly and drove carefully, it was well air-conditioned, the seats are large. We’re arrived in Chiang Mai some minutes later. You‘re not able to charge your phone, but we would travel with the Green Bus VIP again!

    Biscuits drink and a wipe were provided. It was comfortable and on time. Our luggage was as handled very well and the driver was safe and professional. Very happy.

    Average downgraded to a van, which is fine by me, but as promise, there was no AC, the seats did not recline. I was stuck with around 25 local people. It was an horrible horrible experience. It was super super dusty. The roads are really bad. I would never never recommend this to anyone. You’re far better of taking the boat.

    The VIP bus is very comfortable, with plenty of legroom and some space for a small bag. The journey went very smoothly, and we had no delays (we actually arrived early). The company’s ticket counter at Chiang Rai bus station tells you which platform to go to. When the bus arrives, the driver puts a label on your luggage with the departure time and destination, which is very convenient.

    Very comfy and clear vehicle. Temp of air con just nice. Curtain is neat and clean. Driver is polite and drives carefully. Some delays before arrival. That’s the traffic between CM and CR.

    It wasn’t really comfortable. The head rest were too low and we couldn’t adjust them.

    Overall, GreenBus is a reliable and professional company. Compared to other transport companies we’ve used in Southeast Asia, the service felt much more organized and official. Highlights: * The bus departed on time. * The staff was professional and the boarding process was well organized. * Every passenger received a complimentary bottle of water. * Although the bus was a bit old, it was clean and perfectly functional. Downsides: * The bathroom door handle was broken. When I tried to close the door while using the restroom, I injured my finger because the handle wasn’t working properly. This is something that should be repaired for passenger safety. * We advise bringing something to cover your self, because the a/c is very cold! Overall, we had a good experience and would use GreenBus again. The company feels reliable and well organized, but improving the maintenance of the onboard facilities and reducing delays would make the service even better.

    The service was on time and comfortable, free small bottle water and wet wipe. There is a snack and toilet stop half way, make sure you take toilet paper as none supplied and cost 3THB.

    The VIP seats were great. Comfortable with Plenty of legroom, width and good recline. Trying to work out where the boarding is was terrible - needs much clearer sighs. The road however was awful. Lots of roadworks - they trying to finish a freeway, but it’s only about 40% complete and just in patches. Very bumpy, winding roads and very uncomfortable.

    The bus was really clean and great to get a bottle of water and she. We stopped the driver came down the bus giving wet wipes. A really nice touch. Journey was comfortable and felt very safe the whole journey despite road works and two accidents on the road.

    Great modern bus but no electrical chargers for phone and the driver didn't explain the number of stops in Chiang rai so I wasn't sure when I was going to get off.

    The overall experience was good. The only thing it was that the bus made an anoying sound we don't know why. First we thought it was because of the turn lights but then it was also because of the speed. We arrived on time and we departed on time

    Very easy to find the bus at the station. Staff confirmed my ticket. Waited 10mins before we were asked to board. Bus left 4mins late. Journey was pleasant no issues with a/c being to cold arrived only a couple of minutes late.

    I email to change the booking date, they tell me to contact bus terminal by myself. I try to call bus terminal phone number many times but no one response. Until I go to bus terminal and found the phone number on the 12go is wrong.

    The bus left on time, the ride was smooth. We had 10 minutes stop for rest in the middle. The bus was clean and comfortable and had toilet.
