    They took very long to confirm the booking (15 hours), while our trip was the next morning at 9am (we had the confirmation in the previous evening at 8pm..) The bus was quite old (not very efficient air conditioning, really bumpy..), but moreover, the worst part of the trip was that the driver was driving completely recklessly !! Overtaking buses and trucks without visibility, breaking at last minute to avoid collision… we even arrived 30 min earlier that scheduled.. I would have preferred to arrive on time and not risk my life..

    Slept pretty well, a decent number of bathroom stops, and good AC! We arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule.

    The member of staff on the bus was extremely rude. He was disrespectful towards me, which I had never encountered before on any prevous trips.

    The Nha Trang bus station is a long way out of town, but it is clean, comfortable and has well priced food. We were given a seat number before boarding but a better call forward worked have been appreciated. Overall possible experience with this bus company

    The bus was an hour late and it wasn’t at all the bus that was showed in the pictures on the site. There was mold and no curtains. During the trip something kept dripping on me from the ceiling of the bus.

    Apart from the fact that the taxi fair to get to the bus was as much as the bus fair! Ticket confirmation within 30 min, Staff are polite n helpful, Bus left on time, Clean bus, Not too much use of the horn and driving like mad max. Based on that particular experience, it is recommended.

    Explanations only in Vietnamese so you don’t know when you will stop or for how long (actually 3 stops about 15 mins each on this 13 hr trip Can Tho to Dalat.) Daytime trip but bus window glass reinforced so hard to see much out. Didn’t seem to take most direct route - took longer than scheduled. No cushion/pillow provided though there was blanket. Good black out if you wanted to sleep.

    Trip was great! The driver was friendly and got us there safely. The company should update the boarding point pin in the confirmation PDF they send. The one they have currently sends you to the front of the hotel, whereas their office & the boarding point for the trip is around the other side of the building.

    Driver was on time and van was in excelllent condition. WiFi was nice and driver dropped us off at hotel in Nha Trang which we weren’t expecting and was much appreciated. Overall a great experience.

    Our biggest issue was confirming location. E11th St didn’t come up in grab app so we were unsure where to meet until we got the company name. In future if the name of the limo service can be included it would make it an non issue

    The trip was fine, but the sears are small and leg room less spacious. There was not enough room for all luggage so some had to be inside the van, the van was old and the blinds didn’t go up on one side.

    The vehicle was dirty. My wife had to struggle with a chewing gum that was on the seat and ruined her trousers. The driver arrived half an hour later and didn't drop us off near our hotel which was a problem since it immediately start raining after getting out and we had to find shelter.

    Friendly staff, very helpful, vans from inside town/city tobus station & from there to end destination a bit old and tattered but drivers great & tried their best to get us to ferry on time... but we left 30 min late & never made it.

    Pictures of the bus are fairly misleading as it isn’t as comfortable or spacious as it looks. The staff were quite abrupt & didn’t communicate much. Driving was erratic & we were nearly 2 hours later arriving in to Nha Trang than the booking stated, wouldn’t rush back for this journey unfortunately, considering other experiences i’ve had have been much better.

    Nha Trang to De Lat. Be aware! Bus was comfortable and good quality but customer service and communication is lacking. Every other bus service we've been on have contacted us prior to confirm time and location. On the booking pdf itself it had two different times 1.00 and 1.30pm. The company is going Ez travel but when you arrive the bus company is actually called Khank Pong - when we arrive there was a bus with noone on and the driver was ushering us on. He had none of our details, no names, couldn't communicate and kept pointing at the company - with no information that this is actually the right company we thought we were just trying to be scammed and walked on. It was extremely difficult to find a contact number for them - for people who need help it is +84 90 316 76 02. Once I got a hold of them they were helpful and the bus had left and they got us on it but up until then it was very stressful. Made them aware it needs to be clear on the booking where you are arriving to and the name of the bus operator, also the bus driver should have the booking details! Hope this helps anyone else! Also just double check the location as the hotel they put as the location there is a few in nha Trang so make sure you go to the right one.

    We were reassigned to another bus because the original one got cancelled, but the new bus had not the same quality level and two of our seats had an strong incline that made it difficult to sleep on. When I asked if I can switch to a empty top one that was straight, I was told the bus is completely booked out. That was just not true and I switched to a top one anyways. Also no response to my complains on WhatsApp.

    Not in time picking up, delay about 30 mins. Nobody informed us, no water included, WI Fi didn't work. Staff don't want to answer any question. Cold as Siberia in the bus, ac working too much.

    Driver was recklessly speeding trough corners and bumpy roads. Bus left before 9:30 even though 9:30 was the time given on 12Go. Not worth to get a sleeper bus for this route.

    Negatives- We booked through GoEz and they outsourced us to An Phu so ended up paying more for the same bus. Photos showed a completely different style of bus instead of sleeper 31 we ended up with a sleeper 46. Bus was old not well maintained and dirty. Although not the bus companies fault the road conditions were awful and it made for an unpleasant journey Positives- We got hotel drop offs rather than the advertised drop off which saved us 10km in a taxi. The staff we’re friendly and helpful.

    No clear instructions were to find the actual bus stop to start the journey, on one part of our booking we had the departure time as 2040 then on another ticket 2000 We got dropped off not at our final destination, we tried to ask the staff that just waved us away. They gave us no help at all so we had to book ourselves a taxi at our own expense

    Great bus, poor service. The bus was new and very comfortable. However the driver was rude and drove erratically, beeping his horn constantly, which made it quite difficult to sleep.

    Билеты покупать очень удобно и на мои вопросы чат поддержки отвечал быстро и пытались помочь с одной моей проблемой, тут реально респект. Но я впервые ехала на автобусе из нячанга в далата В общем работник все время говорил мне что то на вьетнамском и был груб. Особенно когда я ждала когда мои сумки возьмут и сгрузят в багажник автобуса он со своими земляками нормально общался, а мне просто пихнул стикеры для чемодана и в очень грубом тоне что-то говорил(я впервые ехала одна и не понимала в начале что за стикеры и для чего, зачем он мне вообще дал их, если он остальным сам приклеил). Если я иностранка, то по его мнению можно так общаться со мной?

    Le cuccette sono molto piccole, ci sto a malapena io che sono una ragazza minuta. Se poi si capita nella fila centrale, nella cuccetta superiore, non è il massimo della comodità. Comunque gli operatori sono gentili e il servizio puntuale.

    Cuando hicimos la reserva pensábamos que el destino estaba en Mui NE, porque así lo habíamos indicado en la búsqueda; no obstante, la última parada se encontraba en la localidad anterior de Phan Thiet. Suerte que el conductor nos llevó finalmente a nuestro hotel. Sería importante Queen el buscador de 12Go no se incluyeran destinos no solicitados aunque se encuentren cercanos, pues dependiendo de la hora de llegada sería un problema importante.

    Super war, dass wir schon eine Stunde früher losfahren konnten. Der Bus war nicht neu und auch nicht richtig sauber. Offenbar wurde der Bus nicht technisch geprüft, denn nach einer Pause an einer:Raststätte ging die automatisch schließende Seitentür nicht mehr zu. Der Fahrer hat es nach 20 Minuten und Telefonaten geschafft, die Tür zu schließen. Nach einiger Zeit ging die Tür während der Fahrt um ca. 10 cm auf. Wir sind trotzdem weiter gefahren. Letztlich kamen wir später an als geplant. Die Busse müssen erneuert werden!

    La photo est trompeuse ! Nous n’avons pas eu les sièges et l’intérieur comme indiqué sur la photo de présentation… c’était vieux … Nous avons donc payé un supplément pour rien du tout, c’est inadmissible.

    Wir haben eine halbe Stunde vor Abfahrt eine Mitteilung bekommen dass sich die Abfahrt um 1 Stunde verschiebt. So mussten wir 1,5 Stunden an einem staubigen Abfahrtsort warten. Der Fahrer ist später so schnell gerast, dass wir Angst um unser Leben hatten.
