    The young lady who was taking care of passengers, deserve 5*, she spoke very good English, she was explaining how long will be each stop, and making sure we are all in the bus on time. Bus was clean, WiFi was on and off, chairs were do comfy, plenty of space, we got each water and brioche. Really excellent service.

    Our trip from phnomh penh to siem reap was fantastic. The bus left on time, the staff were friendly and efficient. The bus itself was very clean and very comfortable and we all slept well. When we arrived at our destination they helped us off with our luggage and made sure we had got all of our belongings. I would definitely recommend and use them again in future

    Actually I booked the big luxury bus with 15 seats, but bcs of Thailand those busses are history. Please delete them from your booking system. I traveled instead with a normal big bus only with another passanger. Your steward was so informative and thank you for your great service.     Giant Ibis is definitely one of the best transportation companies in the region. Everything was well organized, and the schedules were very punctual, which made traveling completely stress-free. The seats were comfortable, making the journey enjoyable even on longer trips, and the staff was professional and helpful throughout. On top of that, the ticket prices are very reasonable for the quality of service they provide. If you’re traveling in Cambodia or going to neighboring countries, I highly recommend Giant Ibis. I would definitely choose them again for my future trips.Giant Ibis are the best

    Great all round. Comfy seats, careful driver and very friendly staff member who kept us informed throughout the journey. Rest breaks were in clean places and we had no issues. Wish I’d worn a jacket though as the air con was fierce and towards the end it was really cold on there. Arrived a little later but due to poor weather and traffic. All good.

    The drive was smooth and pleasant We had one stop for lunch which was nice and good to stretch legs The young man doing drinks and ens is was a trainee and excellent at his job , made sure everyone was catered for . Spoke very good English

    Happy with this journey overall and the staff made it five stars. The buses are not ideal for tall people as though they have great leg room the seat position was uncomfortable as we are both tall and ended up with back ache. Not the bus company, cannot fault them and the driver was careful and very friendly staff on the bus. On time too and the rest stops were great.

    6hr bus ride from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. Comfortable, spare seats so plenty room. 2 x10min stops and one 30min = 50mins (no bathroom on this bus). Water and pastry roll provided.

    It was literally just me on the bus (he said it was the first time that had happened) so the guy who spoke english literally did all of the immigration and visa things for me so I could just walk through. They all exchanged dong to usd for me at a good exchange rate, and gave me water and a pastry. We ended up arriving over an hour early, I assume because it was just me so no queues for immigration.

    After the Ride my Backpack was wat. The liquid on it (it was a Lot which also got into the backback) had a Heavy stench. Had to wash Everything including Backpack which was a Lot of work. Bus and Team werde Fine.
