Car was decent. Communication was good with the company. Huge downside was that the driver was very reckless and did very dangerous maneuvers, overtaking everybody and was really angry when cars were too slow in front on him. Eventually we told him and then he seemed to understand and was driving normally. When tanking the car, he was wiggling the whole car for quite some time with force to fit more gasoline into the car, I got very nauseous from that. When we told that it's too cold in the car, he didn't regulate the AC. Not sure if the driver was having a bad day, but nonetheless company should be more careful who they're choosing for their drivers.

The pick up took long, as the driver came quite late (+ 30 minutes) and phoning the service desk didn’t work, only WhatsApp helped. As we were with a one year old, this waiting time and insecurity about whether we were going to be picked up was not good. After the pick up, though, everything was fine, the driver was nice and a good driver and he also apologized for being late, so no big problem all in all.

Driver was friendly, had a bit of English. As it was a long drive he asked us about every half hour if we needed a stop to stretch.
At the stop we did make he showed us places further along that might be of interest. We did not stop but appreciated the information.

Fantastic speed of the driver, he didn’t take a break except to refuel and use the toilet. I was surprised and ended up being way ahead of schedule for my connecting bus. Really the fastest way from Chiang Mai to Nong Khai Bus Terminal woohoo

The meeting time was set for 4:45 p.m. From 4:15 p.m. onwards, I checked every ten minutes to see if a driver with my name sign was at the meeting point. At 5:00 p.m., I made my own name sign, whereupon a woman from one of the many taxi companies approached me. She led me to another woman from the company "First Plan". It was not until 5:30 p.m. that another driver finally arrived. The ride with the driver was pleasant, and the driver was friendly and even waited until he was sure we had checked in. Check-in at our hotel was only until 7:30 p.m., so it was very close and nerve-wracking. None of the numbers listed on the voucher were available, and the driver's number on the voucher was the same as the company's.

I booked a private transfer from BKK Airport to Koh Chang with FirstPlan, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arriving at the designated meeting point, I had difficulty finding the company’s sign. My name was not displayed, and there was no one to greet me. I called the driver and the company’s helpline several times and sent multiple messages on WhatsApp, but received no response. Eventually, I had to ask staff from another company to help track down a representative from FirstPlan. From the moment we arrived at the meeting point to when we finally started driving, nearly 40 minutes had passed.
To make matters worse, the driver did not communicate with us at all and began showing signs of drowsiness just 20 minutes into the journey. I had to stay alert and monitor him throughout the entire five-hour drive to ensure he didn’t fall asleep at the wheel. The lack of responsiveness and the unsafe driving made this transfer incredibly stressful and far below expectations for a private service.

The driver came 30 min too late without notice - for an airport transfer not acceptable. I ordered an 2nd taxi from the hotel and had to pay 500 bhat fee as the 12go driver was arriving faster but overall thats not how it should be. Requested an 500 bhat refund but not seen till now.
