    Overall it was good, we were picked up on time and arrived near enough to when we expected. The seat belts were not working on the back seats, and the driving is always a little crazy so we felt a bit uneasy. On arrival we were all shouted at to get off the bus and get in a car which was four of us with luggage to go into town but we arrived in the end. Wed changed our hotel and I had notified them two days before but we were taken to the original one. It was ok for a shorter journey, not sure it would have been ok if it was a full day route.

    The pickup from the hotel was perfect, the bus quality was so so, speedboat was oké, bus after was soso. Logistics/planning was perfect. Facilities in the harbour were bad.

    Not clear where to pick up the bus The meeting point on the voucher not the same as place that the bus wait for us. Nobody inform us that they not drop us in the hotel as written on the voucher the bus drop us in the old city and gone. Bad service.

    Overall the ride was great — the van was clean and we actually left earlier than scheduled, which was a nice surprise. The driving itself was smooth and the trip should have taken about 2 hours. However, about 30 minutes before arrival, we stopped at a rest area for what was announced as a quick 10-minute toilet break — but it ended up being a full 30 minutes. This felt completely unnecessary, especially since we were already so close to the destination. It added a significant chunk of time to an otherwise short trip for no clear reason. Aside from that, no complaints — comfortable van, good driving, on-time departure. Just wish the stop had actually been as short as announced.

    The journey itself was fine and the bus was very clean. The only complaint I have is that the journey took over 4 hours when on the website it says it's a two hour journey. Even on my way to Ninh Binh from Hanoi it took around 3 1/2 hours. I appreciate there is traffic sometimes but even without traffic that journey would be very difficult to complete in two hours so the only suggestion I have is to update the journey times to a more realistic time frame as people might have ongoing journeys etc they need to reach.

    The driver arrived late, made a pointless stop in the middle of nowhere to smoke, and in the final minutes he rushed and drove fast as he realised he wasn't going to be on time.

    We arrived an hour later than planed because we started late and picked Up a lot of people on the way. Also when we got droped off at the Limousine the driver did not let in us right away, we had to wait 10 min in the rain with our luggage and He was Just chilling inside his vehicle on His Phone.

    I switched vehicles three times. Ended up leaving Hanoi one hour later than the scheduled time and arriving in Tam Coc more than one hour later. The last driver couldn't find the route to my drop off point, I had to step in and act as a navigator myself

    Good communication between driver and myself about pick up arrangements. Easy booking and payment process. Always a good company to rely on. The driver could have been more cautious in overtaking trucks especially with oncoming traffic.

    The bus was old, dirty, uncomfortable wit a broken interior. The driver forced us to leave the bus at a the wrong place, 5km from the hotel we staid. The address on the voucher was not the address of our hotel. We did had contact about the drop off location through WhatsApp and Daiichi confirmed the address and drop off. I’m the end they did fix it and sent us a taxi to drive us towards the hotel.

    The minibus was completely full, and not all the luggage fit in the trunk. I was sitting in the very back and couldn't adjust my seat because of all the luggage in the trunk. I sat very uncomfortably for 2.5 hours. The driver took a 20-minute break an hour after we left, and that was with a total travel time of 2 hours! 🙈

    We did Cat Ba to Hanoi. We transferred 3 times. We booked a bus and ferry. It turned out to be bus, speed boat, bus, and limousine van. It would have been nice to know about the transfers ahead of time. I would have preferred the bus board the ferry and we stay in 1 spot than take our bags 3 times. Buses are nice and cold. There are rest stops. Staff were nice.

    What a comfortable and stress-free trip. We were so lucky to get an extra cautious and competent driver who showed respect towards his fellow road users and who cared about the safety of his passengers. Daiichi can be super proud of this valuable employee of theirs. Hieu my man you are incredible thanks for taking care of us. And then we had Chung, the guide who was super friendly and informative. He welcomed us all and expressed his gratitude in having us on board. He took very good care of us all the way from Halong to Hanoi. He explained so nicely where and when the bus was going to stop and he so nicely communicated with us beforehand so that we had the comfort to know that we are in good hands. Chung my guy you are one in a million!

    First they denied picking up from Tam Coc hotel, I had to insist that it's included. Massage feature was not working. And my seat charging point was not working. Water Bottles were lying on floor.

    The driving was some of the scariest driving I have ever experienced. Tailgating, weaving between cars at high speeds, lots of close calls... I do not need to be on time that badly. I just want to get to my destination safely.

    We traveled from Ninh Binh to Cat Ba and everything went smoothly. The pickup at our hotel in Ninh Binh was on time, and the transfers to the ferry and the connecting bus were well organized. We arrived at our hotel in Cat Ba without any issues. Overall, a reliable and efficient service.

    Bus arrived 1 hour late for the pick up and no one was in the office of the pick up point. Also, no team member nor the support reacted to my messages about the status and situation. The driver took longer breaks as indicated and communicated. Thus, we arrived 1.5 hours later than planned.

    The bus was nice and comfortable but they tried to ask us for more money because our bags were “overweight” even though the ticket said we could bring up to 20 kg.

    The bus was modern and even had seat massage built into the seat! The staff at the bus station gave us little bags with water and crackers and the bus left on time and arrived on time with a break half way at a nice spot. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Very disappointing experience with this bus service. Snack/water packets were being distributed to other passengers, but we were completely ignored and not given anything. We were also charged an extra 200,000 VND for luggage, which were okay to pay, but even after insisting multiple times, the staff refused to provide any receipt for the payment, and gave us vague answers which felt extremely unprofessional and questionable. The staff was unhelpful and did not support. Do not recommend.
