    The first minivandriver was not very friendly and kind of wild on the road. He picked up a lot of extra people along the way for short distances. Once in phantim office everything went okay and smooth.

    The website took time to work it out. Once booked the experience to connect to the bus and ferry was excellent. I have to say that one of the serving staff in the ferry shop was very arrogant and could benefit with some training.

    Everything worked well and we reached our destination in time. However, the minibus ride was quite bumpy/hectic, because the driver was switching lines a lot. In addition, we had to wait a rather long time between Ferry and Minibus. I wish the schedule would have been more transparent upfront.

    Even though I showed my ticket to the bus attendant, they put me on the airport bus; later, I returned from the airport to the company I had originally traveled with, went back to the city with them, and from there crossed over to the island of PKUET. This mistake caused me to lose about 2–3 hours.

    The transfer from the boat terminal towards our hotel was in an old car ( call it a van). All the other transfers were great. At the boat terminal there was a strange situation. An old woman pushed us to take this old car and what looked for us as the official driver agreed with that. The official driver took our tickets but didn’t drive us to the hotel. After a long day of transfer this was the only remark. The comfort in the last vehicle was poor. The comfort during the other transfers was good.

    We've taken many busses.and ferries throughout Thailand. Usually the buses are comfortable, in great shape, and with working AC. This time around on the 5 hour journey the AC barely worked, and it was clear the bus suspension was in bad shape as the bus rocked uncomfortably back and forth the entire ride. This was not the typical experience we are used to through 12go and Phantip.

    the girl at the ticket counter tried to charge us for our suitcases although it was included in the ticket fare. besides that r everything else was great

    In the end the minibusdriver stopped and asked all the passengers 200 baht to drive to the destination. Everybody thought this was very strange. No other choice was offered.

    The bus and ferry was good. Just that they wanted to come to their phantip office to collect tickets and then walk a kilometre to the pier to board ferry with bag.

    Everything ran really smoothly! Arriving at terminal 2 bus stop I was confused which desk to go to but everyone is really helpful there and guided me to the correct one, got my tickets and there was a hidden fee for luggage which was cash only and I am not sure if this is standard or a scam, but either way I paid the cash. When I booked the tickets the site asked me how many cases and I declared 4 (we had 2 medium suitcases a back pack and a very small hand luggage case) I think it was 400 bht so like 8-9£. The ferry ride was good and they had indoor out outdoor seating with a few tables with chargers and a shop to buy snacks and food. Everything ran smoothly and on time, I will be using the service again :)

    Overall we got great service but in the final segment from Surat Thani to Khao Sok the driver filled the van and made many stops and even delievered packages on the way!

    I tried to buy tickets and by mistake got wrong departure point. Wanted yo change after 30 sec. No possibility:( Also when I finally reached the point to take farry from main office the manager was very rude and discrimination from her side to our kids. Customer service were nice and little helped. But I not recommend unless you read the little letters very carefully!!!

    Bus arrived on time and made a stop for food/toilet break at a nice cafe services. However, the company did drop me off at the wrong ferry port even though they're the ones that gave me the ferry tickets in the first place! I resolved it in the end, but the customer service of phantip was sub-par unfortunately.

    The ferry was OK, but we booked additionally the transfer to the hotel and it was horrible. A lot of waiting time under the sun and no AC on the bus. We arrived way later than what was promised, with no explanation. I suggest to book only bus from airport + ferry, and then take a taxi.

    Great experience, I arrived 1 minute before departure bc of traffic, and still catched the bus because they hurried up a lot for me at the check in counter and were really helpful. The bus had good ac and was comfortable and I liked the ferry too!

    Late pick up (30 mins late)with no call. When I contacted them they said to contact the tour provider (them) and keep a record of the contact. Was followed up later to check all went OK. When we got on the bus to Phuket there was no information given about stops which had people confused with the transfer.

    The provider did not provide vehicle information or how to find the driver when we arrive even though we called the hotline to ask for the info in the morning. Although they said the driver would be waiting outside the airport, we could not locate which van was the right one because no one was there with a sign or anything. So we had to call the hotline again and talk to the information desk staff at the airport to learn that we had to wait 15 more mins for the driver to arrive. When the driver arrived, the van was parked far away from the gate so we had to walk in the rain with our luggage to get to the van. Very inconvenient and unprofessional experience overall.

    We were a bit before one hour and got on an early ferry but bus was not early so needed to wait quite long. The bus was so loud and the driver was singing the whole way. Was dropped off by the road not all the way to the hotel, was not too far to walk.

    Ticket was for the Raja vehicle ferry, boarding was a bit confusing but plenty of seating upstairs, you need to be fine carrying own bags. Van transfer to Krabi was clean, comfy and easy!

    The van which was very warm inside and with uncomfortable sweats didn’t go until Patong beach, it left me to Pucket bus station and from there they show me to take a bus. An employer in the bus propably because he understood the mistake asked me which is my hotel in Lating beach and he told me they are going to let me close to the hotel . Finally the bus driver left me from the other side of the city that was the last stop and he didn’t know English at all to communicate

    Took a ferry + bus from Koh Samui to Surat Thani. The ferry left 5mn before 10am and we missed it by 2mn. Fortunately we were able to catch the next one only 30mn later. Boat trip was fine and comfortable (it's a huge thing), roughly 80mn long. AC and plenty of space aboard, even a mini shop there where you can buy food and drinks. After arriving, we then had to wait another 60mn to get on the next bus. There are again cafes and 7/11 at the station so we waited there to avoid scorching heat. The bus trip was 1 hour long. Bus was super comfortable but sadly no electric outlets were working (I tried 10 of them). No seatbelt available. So : arrive early and bring a full battery...and some patience just in case. :)

    Overall it worked and on time but the inbetween parts of where to be and where not to be are entirely up to staff being present and telling you where to go which always makes me a bit uneasy. Bus was also fairly warm and full but not the worst.
