No speedboat operation at all today from Rassada Pier probably because we were the only passengers. We were re-booked on a ferry to Phi Pho and from there to Koh Lanta. Bloody shame TigerLine can just do this without compensation. Will never book with TigerLine again.

Overall a really confusing journey. We were being picked up in the airport, but had no clue what to look for as regards to who was going to pick us up. Maybe a van? A car? A taxi? Some guy with a sign luckily found us after we had waited 20 minutes and took us to his car and we took off on time as we were there 30 mins before like stated on the ticket. Then he dumped us off by the harbour and pointed to a waiting crowd. No signs as to which company they were waiting for. The boat ride itself was fine, but loading and off loading was just a pain to watch and to be a part of. Loading the boat, bags were going in first, and everyone was waiting while this was taking place which was about 20 ridiculous minutes, but once again no information was given as to what the plan was. Getting on the boat was actually okay, as everyone was eager to take off, they hurried in quickly. But getting off was probably the most insane part of the journey. The boat just stops and then no directions to the passengers are given, so you don't know if it's even your stop but they expect you to get out as if you've been there before. As a bunch of us didn't stand up, as they hadn't off loaded our baggage, this guy came down to the boat yelling at us "let's go! Let's go!" Even though no one had told us who was getting off and where we were. He was rude, and it was not okay treatment, specially considering you are paying 1500 baht for this journey. We got there in the end, but it was not the most pleasant of rides.
