Karen YHacía mucho frío en el bus. Pero estuvo cómodo y nos dieron agua. La estación de espera en Giza es muy pequeña y sucia. Las personas que ayudan con las maletas tiran basura al suelo.

Joshua DWas good service from Abela overall. The station was tough to get to with lots of traffic and our driver originally sent us to ramses.
The operator for our car was great. He did a fantastic job.

Dorothea Booking with 12GO costs you almost $100 more than the actual ticket price of $150! Complete rip-off, go to the train station and book your ticket there (as a foreigner I couldn’t book through the official Abela m website)!

Seng BWe were waiting for our tickets from ABELA , we had meet inside and he brought a tickets a little bit late But was okay. Why after we bought a tickets online we did not get our tickets already? Why we need to wait people from agency to bring our tickets ? We were a little bit panick because when we came inside a men controlled a tickets and we showed our booking number. We didn’t understand system there.

Marleigh OOur ticket said each passenger was allowed 2 medium bags or one large bag, but when the worker was tagging our bag to put into the bus he required 50 Egyptian pound per bag. Not sure why. Of course this is cheap enough, but an unexpected cost. Luckily we had cash. Otherwise it was good. Arrived on time to pick us up and made it to destination on time.
