Mucho calor en el barco
Salimos en hora, pero llegamos mas de una hora tarde a nuestro destino.
Presumen de ser fast boats, pero van despacio para ahorrar gasolina.
Los asientos son incómodos, y no había aire acondicionado en el barco. Cuando abres laa ventanas, entra mucha agua del exterior.
Tampoco informan del recorrido, compramos los billetes a gili air, y resultó ser la última parada. El barco llegó a gili trawangan a la hora que tenía que haber llegado a gili air.

Realmente todo fue buen ya que nos recogiwron y nos llevar-nos al Puerto...al igual que pedimos embarcar y llegar a Gili Air. Pero al conductor se le deberia decir que lleva a 10 personas y que todas ellas quieren llegar a salvo. Corria muchisimo adelantando sin parar a veces sin espacio para poder hacerlo con seguridad....una locura

La ruta, por lo general, es bastante dura, no particularmente por culpa de la empresa. Muchos nos mareamos y terminamos en la parte trasera aliviando las náuseas. Recomiendo que quien piense que pueda marearse, vaya en al parte superior de la embarcación.
Por lo demás, la empresa te lleva donde te dice llevar y cumple con los horarios.
Hay que pagar un impuesto al salir, aunque creo que el ticket lo anticipa.

Nos llevaron comodamente desde Ubud hasta el puerto. El barco tiene buen aire acondicionado y te daban pastillas para el mareo y agua gratis si querias

El barco bien, pero da un poco sensación de agobio. Vas casi al nivel del mar……no sé en caso de emergencia como sería……Si puedo, en el viaje de vuelta cambio de compañía.

Before entering to the port it is good to research where to find the desk, but everybody is helpful and can guide you. We purchased online was easy and quick also to change to the ticket. The port tax you have to buy separate at the port also the team guide you there. There was an hour delay even it is not the high season. We were waiting on the sun in the crowd, that was a little bit uncomfortable, but it is not the fault of the company. The front of the boat has no AC so it get hot a bit, but was okay as it was not full. The seats are okay but tiny, it was okay as it was not full. The tail of the boat has AC and more seats also you can go upstairs. Staff was nice and very helpful. The ride is bumpy a bit they also offered pill if you are seasick. First stop was Gili T we get off here. Also there was a fee to enter.
Overall it was good.

Excelente service, last 25 min, but it was ok, staff help with everything ❤️👌 conditioner was great, places more then enough. There were a funny atmosphere on the roof with music bear and good view!

Everything seemed a bit unorganized. The line of cars to get to the ticket booth was very long and slow and our driver dropped us off and said it was a short walk but it wasn't and we ended up getting solicited by two men on motor bikes to drive us and our luggage there for $10. I didn't know there was an additional port fee not included in pre-purchased tickets. Then we all had to walk, like cattle over to another building pulling and carrying luggage through mud and pot holes. The boat was an hour late but there were no comprehending announcements made. The luggage storage was a scattered mess putting on and off to pick up. Then it took 2 hours to get there instead of the scheduled 1.5 hours. The good part was that we actually made it and it wasn't too rough to get seasick.

Good big boat with a toilet. Felt smooth in the ocean (we evan saw dolphins at our ride). Excellent staff. Easy to check in at the harbour. In the booking it sad the trip would take 1h35min but the trip took longer, aproximaly 1h50min.

The ferry trip was quite disappointing. The ride itself was fine, but the crew’s attitude was terrible. When we arrived, they threw our backpacks and suitcases on the ground without any care, as if they didn’t matter. It was frustrating to see how little respect they had for passengers’ belongings. Definitely not a pleasant or recommendable experience.

Our ship was delayed more than 2 hours, we had to wait 3 hours in the small harbour building or in the direct sun. Schedules seem more like a scam to me.

On the way from Gili T to Penide there were three more stops on Gili Meno, Air and Lombok where in the description it is clearly written that the first stop is Penida. On the ship, water collected on the floor during the cruise. We arrived an hour late.

After reading many reviews I was confused many were bad and some good. I had a good experience. Went ro boarding point. Paid tax. Although the staff there wanted me to pay little extra so he can carry my bag till the ferry. That felt like a scam. However I carried my own bag.
Waited in the waiting area. Departure gate had announcement of when ferry docks in and boarding starts. However once ticket is scanned we have to wait on the port in heat for good 30 to 40 mins. Bags are first asked to be kept aside and all tags are checked, bags are loaded on roof and then passengers are boarding. May get uncomfortable in servers heat. Once boarding is complete the ferry left approx 5 mins early than mentioned departure time. Ferry is booked to max capacity for the number of seats available. Ac cools too quickly in 10 mins cabin was cool. This feels further uncomfortable as cabin gets too cold. Reached gili T in 1hr and 45 mins. Dropped pax in 15 mins. Next stop was mine gili meno in approx 3 mins from there. Ferry does not dock here. Another smaller boat takes us to port. Transfer happens towards the coast Although on Sea itself.

We had 40 minutes delay and the boat was crowded but the journey was safe. The boat itself wasn't that small - it felt stable, but in the inside you felt like in a can with barely no escape in case of emergency. Good for the price.
