Good but long wait for support. My flight had a massive schedule change that would have made me miss my second flight and i had to resolve it myself hours later as there was no way to call support, only email. I also hadn't realized the flights were going to be booked separately until after I booked, which was annoying. Luckily the layover was long enough for me to collect and recheck my bag.

Superb service from 12go, when we originally booked a middle name was missed they rectified this very quickly with apologies. Bonus we got emergency exit seats which are always nice. Would definitely book with them again.

As always, booking through 12Go Asia was straightforward. The one thing to be mindful of is that you can't manage your booking on Vietnam Airways because the email addresss used in the booking is for 12Go. I did worry a bit when it couldn't find my booking so perhaps 12Go should mention this in the booking details.
There were plenty of Vietnam Airways staff at the airport to direct you to the correct check in desk so check in and immigration went really smoothly. The flight was good, although we were a bit late leaving as we were waiting for a slot on the runway. Still only landed 5 minutes after the predicted time. All in all, a good trip.

Everything went smoothly. I was pleased with how easy it was to book with 12go and on line check in went smoothly. The flight is bare bones but we knew that and is such a good price and it was on time. This is our 2nd time with both 12go and Vietnam Airlines. We will use both again in the future.

J’étais un peu anxieuse à la lecture de tous les commentaires négatifs de ce vol. Mais pour nous, tout s’est très bien passé. Vol à l’heure. Aucun problème à l’enregistrement des bagages. Bagages cabines non pesés.
J’imagine que cela dépend de la période.

Ich hatte Probleme beim EINCHECKEN, da keine Buchungsnummer auf dem Voucher stand. Erst nach längerem suchen beim counter konnte ich einchecken. Hoffe, beim nächsten Flug klappt es besser.

Reibungslos gebucht, am nächsten Tag die Bestätigung erhalten (da wir in der Nacht gebucht haben). Wir konnten am Flughafen sogar kostlos auf einen früheren Flug wechseln, total unkompliziert.

Prima Service an Bord. Erstklassige Unterstützung durch den Support von Vietnam Airlines bei Umbuchung wegen Zeitänderung durch Airline. Kritisch finde ich, dass 12go nicht online erreicht werden kann. Im Ausland habe ich meist nur Internet und kann nicht telefonisch reagieren, wenn es keinen online Chat gibt. Mit VA hat das super geklappt.

I flew in December 2019 from Saigon to Hanoi with Vietnam airlines via 12go.asia.
I bought the tickets 3 days before received the voucher immediately which allows you to get the airline ticket at the airport.
