El servicio es correcto. El autobus es confortable y tienes bastante intimidad. Yo soy de estatura pequeña y el espacio era suficiente para mi. No tiene WC, pero hacen paradas rapidas cada 3horas, aproximadamente, para ir al baño. Hemos salido bastante puntual, segun lo previsto.

Te mandan un mail asignado el número de asiento y te llaman para verificar que lo recibiste, hicimos la ruta Ninh Binh-Hoi An en menos de 10 horas, el bus es nuevo pero asiento es bastante chico así que no lo recomiendo si mides más de 1.75 o tienes algo de sobrepeso. El bus hace unas pocas paradas de 5 minutos para ir al baño.

The drivers were on time however rushed us getting onto the bus at 6:30 when we were due to leave at 7. When we were on the road, the drivers were talking very loudly to each other, and took phone calls on speaker, which prevented sleep. Drivers were honking while people were trying to sleep, and they took corners very fast which threw passengers around their bunks. We ended up arriving at 5am instead of 7am.

The overnight trip was good, the only disappointment was saying we didn't book the tranfer from outer Nha Trang drop off destination to the city, what BS, I travelled with them before and didn't need to book for the transfer. You don't need to book for the transfer to the main bus to leave, so why would you have to book for arrival

The good thing was that it only took 10 instead of 12 hours. The bad thing is that the drive only made 2 toilet stops, one after 1 hour and one only 5 hours later, and also only after I asked him to do so…

I will say the management was really good. They contacted us to tell us where to go and where able to answer any questions. The waiting point in da lat was clean including the bathroom. The reason the review is low is due to the driving. The driver was driving super fast what meant we where getting thrown around a lot. It made my mum unable to sleep and my sister having bruises from being rocked around. Even with stops this resultef in is arriving at 5:30 rather then 7:00.

My overall experience was challenging with the bus service as I did not realize there would be only two bathroom stops for the entire journey and my sandals were stolen by a staff member on the bus. When I confronted the staff member to ask for my shoes to be returned, they denied and refused to assist with helping to find them. I recognize everyone is responsible for their own items however I had the shoes in a private space behind my seat. The bus driver smoked cigarettes while driving which made it hard to breathe. When I tried reaching out to the customer service channels, no one responded.

I missed a professional communication between Viet Lao and 12go. The bus I paid for was fully booked. I had to take another one, but 12go continued to send information about the fully booked bus.
Oddly enough, whenever we book, we always get seats at the back of the bus, despite asking otherwise.

Driver was very loud and noisy, someone used a aircompressor to blow air all the time, playing very loud music so we who tried to sleep in the first rows was keept awake, staying several times for up to an hour so people could meet familymembers on the way, first 2,5h hours we only travelled 45km wich is ridicoulus, honking all the time also made it impossible too sleep, selling this trip as a vip and sleeper bus was false advertising, would not recommend to others and would not travel again with this company.

The beds are very small and narrow compared to other sleeper bus I have been on. I felt as if iwas in a coffin!
Im only 160 m and having a backpack which couldn't fit into the small storage at the end of the bed was not ideal

The travel was good but it es not on time. About 1h to late at the evening and the Meeting point unclear.

We arrived safely. However we do have the complaint that beds are flat at the top shelf (which they should be), not flat at the bottom, and in the last row at the bottom a seat is sold for a bed for the same price - which is not right and unacceptable.
Moreover my seat was not clean.
Drivers should be trained in what is called defensive driving. Guests want to sleep, it does not matter whether the trip takes 15min longer. Smooth driving without sudden breaks and honking is preferable.

First of all, 12goasia asks me to pay a premium to get a cabin together for two people. Afterwards when I booked this premium cabin I go to the bus and the operator tells me that you have not directly booked with me and you've picked with the app. So we will not give you the seats that you want. We will give you the worst seats in the bus. So after paying more we ended up in two separate cabins and at the back of the bus where this this seats are not even flat. They are reclined like sofas and it was a horrible experience for a 12-hour journey. I reached out to the support team and they haven't responded to me yet.

Everything was great except that we had the cabins at the bottom all the way in the back, where you can't lay flat, although some other cabins were empty. We couldn't sleep very well in these.

Positive- clean and modern, easy to get on.
Negatives- tiny! I’m 5ft2 and struggled with the space. The longest stop was poor (toilets were really dirty). The driving was relatively smooth until we got closer to da lat, he used his horn a lot then.

Great experience overall. Somehow we arrived 50 minutes later. It was rainining at some point, so maybe this was the reason for the delay. This has been communicated to us as a possibility and luckily it has not affected our plans. I would use it again

Very comfortable journey. Atleast there was 1 stop off and and extra toilet break. On a 12-14hr journey this was essential for us. (It may be beneficial to mention this to future passengers in advancd, as its nice to know you're only an hour or so away from visiting the loo)

Buses on time and the waiting area was a lovely cafe which we appreciated. However, the drivers were taking hairpin bends at the speed of light which meant you were constantly swaying around and banging your head for the last two/three hours of the trip. Also seemed we went off road at some points because the whole bus was getting launched into big potholes.

The newest and cleanest sleeper bus I took in Asia, the most professional company I travelled with. The guys were very very nice and polite. No overbooking, so no surprise passengers sleeping on the floor during the night. The driver and his assistant didn’t smoke during the ride, awesome!!!! The pillow and blanket were clean, they seamed anyways.
The sleepers are a little small for tall travellers.

The bus was on time but the bus was earlier then expected, I booked a bus for 10.30 Pm with an arrival expected at 6am, but finaly the departure was at 10pm with an arrival at 4 am in the morning, I didn't expect to arrive this soon so hadn't booked any hotel to stay in during the night.

Bus was nice but the sleeper cabin is too narrow as compared to other sleeper buses.
Driver was braking quite often and honking too much.
When making the booking, I couldn’t choose the deck.

The only issues I encountered were that the driver used the horn quite frequently in the morning, which felt a bit stressful, and that the bus assistant suddenly opened my curtain just before arrival. I would have preferred an announcement instead. Aside from these minor points, the bus was excellent, very comfortable and overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend this ride.

Hue to Ninh Binh sleeper bus. Clean, new bus with well organised staff. Somehow the bus completed a 8 hour car journey in 7 hours, including 2 stops overnight….not sure how this is possible especially in a bus, but we were astonished when we were woken up at our stop, 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Didn’t notice any irrational or excessively fast driving either. Good service, would use again.
