Bus arrived on time and we started the journey with some snack, there was a blanket to cover and water. Staff in the bus nice even though they did not speak much English. We also stopped for a dinner in the canteen (they offered typical Thai food I guess). I think at the end the bus was a bit late, but overall it felt like driver is good so I felt safe. Of course it's a long journey, I was prepared that might be a bit uncomfortable sit like this for so many hours.

Everything went well with the trip. We arrived early and they let us get on the earlier bus. We stoped for dinner at 10pm food was included for free with the bus ticket purchase.

I have had a vip 24 bus before (from Bangkok to Koh Phangan, other company) and that one was way better! No place to charge your phone, chairs are so old, no space for your legs! When the person before you push the chair all the way back you don’t have any space. (My case, I have long legs :(), no WiFi, toilet stinks. Yep, vip24 from another company is way better. That is why I don’t give this 5 stars. Of course it is better then a normal bus with normal chairs! And they don’t speak English (but they definitely can) He was constantly yelling in Thais and when you ask, he can just speak English! So rude

Des sièges qui s'inclinaient particulièrement ce qui était super pour dormir, en revanche j'étais placée juste en haut des escaliers et les odeurs qui remontaient des toilettes en bas étaient très difficiles... choisissez bien vos places.

Pros: Very punctual (Departure and arrival), we were given a blanket (very useful with the high AC that you can't shut down, it's on all night), chairs were comfortable (can lean back to almost 180degrees and you can have a decent sleep), a snack was offered (A bottle of water, crackers, chocolate cake, instant coffee).
Cons: Quite a bumpy ride (but that's not the company's fault as roads are not that good), bathroom smell was quite disturbing whenever the door was opened, staff don't speak good English so I struggled to know when should I leave and is it Morchit station already...
P.S 1: I read on the comments that a buffet dinner was also offered, I honestly was asleep so I can't confirm.
P.S 2: Both stations are safe and quite crowded, so for a solo traveler it was convenient to arrive at 5:30 am to Morchit where I just chilled until sunrise.
Overall, given the price, I give 4 stars.

the comfort was fine , you get a blanket and some snacks and water and the seat goes back quite much!you stop one time for dinner at around 11 in the night.
but the driver was not good at all! he was driving to fast , i was scared the whole time and really happy when the trip was over and we all were healty!

Siège dur et peu inclinable, pas de repose jambe ni de repose pied. Pas de prise usb, pas de wifi. Horaires respectés. Climatisation correcte. Nous avons nettement préféré voyager avec l'autre compagnie ( Lignite) que nous reprendrons sans hésiter.

Bus was old but this you can clearly see in the picture. The major problem was the smell from the bus bathroom, really disgusting and it continued for all the 12 hours journey. The driver couldn’t go straight and I was nauseous for most of the time. The staff didn’t mentioned we had a free buffet dinner when we stopped for the only break we had (the buffet was not good anyway so maybe buy something when you stop).I give 3 stars because of the cheap price compared to the flight.

Had to change the bus in the middle of the night at 3:00 am. Were not warned about it, neither when buying the ticket, nor when loading on the bus. Arrived one hour late. Stopped for dinner very late, at about 23:00. Some people say it could be even up to 3 bus changes during the journey.
The buses where ok, but the second had less space.

Trip was ok. However the bus we booked was for a southern bus terminal in bangkok, but the bus that came to pick us up hasn't gone to southern bus terminal but it went to Mochit which was quite bodersome for us, since we allready aranged the transport from southern bus terminal.

Ten minutes into the journey a fault developed on the bus and we needed to change bus. This wasn't too much of a problem and overall the journey and driver was excellent. My problem started when I tried to get off the bus at Southern and was told I needed to stay on to Morchit to get my bus to Cambodia. The person who told me this was a "welcomer" from Southern and NOT the bus company. After 24 hours with no sleep I didn't question this. Long story short - I found out I was in the wrong station half an hour before my bus was due to leave from Southern. I had to buy another ticket from Morchit to Siem Reap.

Premièrement ne passez pas par 12goAsia car vous payez 800 bahts par personne alors que le prix payé au terminal est de 550.
Prevoyez d'aller aux toilettes et de prendre à grignoter car le bus ne fait qu'un arrêt qu'au bout de 5h30 de route.
Vous trouverez pour chacun une couverture, une bouteille d'eau, un kit petit déjeuner et même un repas gratuit lors du fameux et unique arrêt.
Possibilité d'aller jusqu'à Mo Chit ou Sai Tai Mai.
Rapport qualité prix très correct si vous ne passez pas par 12goAsia.

Pros: bus arrived on time, a small buscuit snack and bottle of water was offered to passengers free of charge, air con, toilet onboard, comfortable seats that recline quite far back, one service stop at 23:00, good communication between bus operators and passengers.
Cons: busy full bus, not much leg room, smell of urine wafted through the bus.
Overall would recommend this journey as a cheap way to get from Krabi to Bangkok.

The ride was straightforward, however I feel that the attendant could have been more proactive in collecting trash. I also don't understand why there were no reading lights on the bus from sunset until 10pm. I asked for reading lights and the attendant just said "no sorry". I tried multiple times and she said no. The bus already doesn't have wifi or other luxury amenities. So why couldn't they at least have put the reading lights on so that I could read during the early evening. No logic.

Bus was not really comfortable. We used some other buses in Thailand that were much better.
