Me imagino que para personas de 1'5 metros bien, pero creo que hoy por hoy llevarnos a tres personas juntas en asientos que solo caben dos, parecíamos sardinas en latas.
Es vergonzoso que con la calor que hace no tengan más ventiladores, más grandes y que FUNCIONEN
Habían ventanas que no cerraban y entraba agua, total una vergüenza.
Lo único que fue bien es que cumplieron el horario.

Eso de que el viaje dura 30 minutos… vamos a dejarlo. Dura entre 40 y 45 minutos. El barco salió tarde por esperar a unos turistas… 25 minutos tarde, lo que le parece inaceptable. Por el retraso perdí una actividad que tenía pagada y que no era reembolsable.

En general fue un viaje rápido y seguro. Hubo un momento de tensión relacionado con las olas y los movimientos del barco pero entiendo que es normal en estos viajes.
Hay que cerrar las ventanas porque entraba agua con el consecuente calor. No había aire acondicionado ni ventiladores. Cierto olor a gasolina. Por el resto bien.

The fast boat was very full and we found that some people didn't want to move to make room for others to sit down. There were no fans or aircon so it was very uncomfortable on the boat with so many people onboard. We went with another company on return to Sanur and they had fans/aircon which really helped.
It was very confusing how our luggage was going to be transported as we were told with minimal direction that our luggages needed to be left with the staff as we were walking towards the pier. There were no tags put on them and many other fast boat companies leaving at the same time. Luckily there were no issues and our luggage turned up at the correct boat with us but it was concerning at the time how everything was being organised.

L’esperienza è stata positiva. Siamo arrivati all’ufficio dell’agenzia dove ci hanno fornito biglietti e badge della compagnia. Venti minuti prima della partenza ci hanno radunato e ordinatamente condotto al porto, dove ci aspettava la barca. Siamo partiti con 5 minuti di ritardo, ma il viaggio dura più dei 30 minuti pubblicizzati, infatti siamo arrivati a Nusa Penida almeno 50 minuti dopo. Il viaggio in se è andato bene (rispetto a quanto letto sul web prima di partire), forse siamo stati fortunati perché il mare era calmo o perché il tempo bello, chissà!

Good organization at the harbour. The ferry office is at the parking space. There you get the tickets and wait with the other passengers. All together you walk with the operator to the ferry.
The ferry is relative new but there was no safety instructions and not enough life wests. In an emergency you would just die.

Good for what it is, but that’s about it! Acceptable delay (but delay nevertheless). We safely navigated through the rough sea without feeling unsafe at any moment, but it was also an advanced sauna experience in a closed overbooked cabin without ventilators or ac! I remind you these are one of the best ones out there for crossing to Nusa Penida - I wouldn’t even want to try any other company with much worse reviews! :)

Le recensioni intimoriscono un po ma devo dire che nel complesso è stato tutto come speravo, considerate 15 minuti di ritardo e il viaggio dura almeno 45 minuti ma ci sono moli sia alla partenza che all'arrivo e nessuno deve bagnarsi né bagnare i bagagli. Si sale con le scarpe e ci siede, le sedute sono per tre persone ma si entra in 2e mezzo. Nel complesso buon servizio idoneo al prezzo, certo non è una gita di piacere in barca ma un trasferimento in fastboat. Se avete fretta per coincidenze con altri mezzi/aeroporto vi consiglio di considerare un ampio margine di sicurezza!

Going from Kusamba port was stress free, not busy like Sanur port is. Set off slightly late, but was loading stuff onto boat. Comfy seats. Not too bad of journey there and back. Sampalan port is nice as well. Would use this again.

Wrong time listed on 12go confirmation. The boat departs daily at 17:00, but 12Go says 16:30. Moreover, the 12Go confirmation says it's a 30-minute journey, but it is always 45-minutes per the staff. Also, the wrong GPS coordinate location is listed for the boarding point on the same 12Go confirmation. As a precaution, I sent the company a WhatsApp several hours earlier to see where to go for boarding (pier, ticket office, or GPS harbor location) but they never responded. The waiting area to board is very hot and crowded with no aircon and only a squat toilet. The boat itself has no toilet for 90+ people on a 45 minute journey, also without aircon. The boat was overcrowded with more people than seats, so several people standing. On the positive side, the boat itself was in good working condition, and the staff were nice and helpful. Also, if you buy the ticket in person they want IDR 200k but only IDR 115k via 12Go. From my observations, these comments likely apply to most other ferry operators and are not necessarily specific to this company. That said, if coming to Bali, do yourself a favor and fly whenever possible. If you must take a ferry, at least the El Ray boat has a toilet.

The trip itself was good. At the port, it was a bit chaotic. We had to look for the stand of the boat to check in. There were no signs and it was crowded so that made it a bit difficult. But after that, the trip went well.

Fine trip to Nusa Penida, fast and nice view. We checked in at the Angkal office and our luggage was carried for us to the boat. Onto the boat we had to walk over some large rocks (kinda scary in case you lose your balance or slip) and then through the water. I had my shoes off and wanted to put them back on on the boat (for hygiene reasons), but they were janked out of my hands and thrown on the floor. They only did this to some travellers, so they may have had a reason but never told me why even though I asked repeatedly.

We booked the ferry via a google search hoping it was legit and it was.
Upon arrival, even though you have an e-ticket, you must go to the Angkal vendor who will give you a lanyard and the paper ticket needed.
They stored our luggage so we could grab some food as we had arrived early just in case. We then made our way to the terminal.
If you have a big suitcase like we did, bear in mind the physicality of getting it up and down the ramp to the harbour.
The speedboat ferry is actually a very smooth crossing.
It’s a great transport link between Bali and Nusa Penida.
I would recommend having a taxi waiting for you though there are many upon arrival.
I would also recommend booking your ferry in advance at least 1 day.
Would definitely use again.

Fine, efficient, see was choppy but nothing they could do. Boarding was fast, boat was sturdy, check-in was easy. Everyone given life vests before departure. Pdf was slow in arriving so we had to wait for it to arrive before we could check-in.

I did not receive an email with a QR code for easy checkin and this delayed - I thought I was paying around 220K per ticket (around 660K in total) but the total came out over 800K - one reason of which was you sneakily added insurance and amd not sure about the rest. Tried to make a complaint but had to register with email then got lost and no time. Will not use 12go again for sure
