on the return trip driver did not return us to the place were we were picked up in the morning, he just dropped everybody off in a bus stop some where. he just said we all had to get out there. he was rude!!!!! this was my second trip to Thailand and will be back next year but will not use or recommend your service.

The driver of the van was not polite at all. We had the idea that we should pay for our luggage as we had experienced before. This was not a problem for us. It is not normal the driver took a picture of us with a face a looking to us as criminals. Finallly a lady asked Us to pay for our luggage
Then the journey could start.

Upon arrival at the departure point, we've been told that the bus was full and that we cannot take it. We had to insist to be able to embark.
We don't recommend this company.

The pick up point is different from the drop point at the motor boat station (which is by the way a pure and perfect scam). Why different ? Simply because it is the best way for you to pay more and more ! Fed up of scammers all around this beautiful country !

The price is competitive and the seats are OK for a 1h30 trip. The reason i'm giving a 2-star review is because for this destination, the driver will literally throw you at a small boat station 2km before the actual floating market where you'll be overwhelmed with vendors pushing you to buy a small boat tour to get to the actual floating market ! Your offer suggest that the driver drops me at the Floating market and that does not imply 2km away from it and certainly not a boat i need to pay on top ! Whether this company is part of it or only the driver, it is still a scam !!

La furgoneta de las 8 se rompio y no pudimos sslir hasta las 9, al llegar al lugar te dejan en una empresa para venderte la excursion en lugar de dejarte en el mercado y poder decidir que hacer. A la vuelta no nos dejo en la estacion, nos dejo tirados en un centro comercial, dios sabe donde

Te dejan a 1.5km del mercado, en un sitio en el que te venden tours para ir al mercado por un precio exagerado. Decidimos ir a pie hasta el mercado.
Para coger la van de vuelta, tienes que caminar más de 3km. Olvidate de ir allí en taxi, hay muy pocos y te piden importes desorbitados.
Teniamos contratado la van de vuelta a las 2pm. Al llegar al punto de recogida, nos dijeron que no habia van para esa hora, que teniamos que esperar, al menos, hasta las 3pm. Tras mucho insistir, nos dejaron coger una van que iba a morchit.
No recomendamos ir al mercado con esta compañía.

Un départ anticipé mais entassés dans le van, heureusement que les autres passagers n'avaient pas de bagage!
On nous a déposé sur une avenue mais pas celle prévue (pas loin quand même) sans aucune explication.

La empresa de MiniVan te deja aproximadamente a 1,5 km del mercado flotante, que tras revisar comentarios estábamos al tanto(nosotros fuimos andando hasta el mercado viendo el entorno 12 min, Coordenadas GPS: 13.5222988, 99.9690779), pero para la vuelta hay que ir a la estación de bus que se encuentra a unos 3 km casi 30 min andando (Coordenadas GPS:13.5275767, 99.9693726) dejamos información para que estén al tanto. Saludos. Por lo demás bien. Copiar y pegar en el buscador de Google Maps para el punto exacto

They just drop you in the expensive motor boat and you will realize several booth along the road. It is not the real market you just need to walk a kilometer away to reach the actual market. Also on our way back to bangkok we walked 1.5kmto the van terminal which we thought is the same drop off in damnoen. Thailand has full of scammers and they easily get annoyed. Not even hospitable good thing they have temples and beautiful beaches.

Bus hatte deutlich Verspätung und es wurde erst auf mehrmaligem Nachfragen genaue Auskunft gegeben. Personal sprach kein bis sehr schlechtes Englisch.

The service to the floating market was great, the itinerary was followed in the right schedule and everything was in time.
The Floating Market is pretty cool, you can take a boat and go around and buy interesting stuff, but I really don’t recommend the Maeklong market smells bad and it’s full of food. If you are looking for something to take home, the best place is the floating market. Not the other one.

I almost miss the van. I arrived at the pick up point at 1735, and the station kiosk was closed. But my booking for the van is made at 1800. The staff was leaving the kiosk and she saw me and asked if I’m going back to Bangkok. I showed her the booking appointment and she realised she missed a passenger. Then she drove me to the van so that I could go back Bangkok. If not, I would probably stay one night in amphawa. Lastly, the staff told me that the last van from Amphawa to Bangkok is at 1730, So,just be careful.

Chauffeur passablement sympa et qui a bien tenté de nous larguer sur la rocade de bkk. Au final en battaillant un peu nous sommes tt de même arrivés à la minivan station de Mochit.

Don’t really speak English... told us the van was full but it was not. Moreover it didn’t go to the terminus and let us on the highway (20min away from BKK). To find a taxi to go back to Bangkok was expensive (no grad was available). Not a really nice experience.

3 stars thanks to the price really not expensive for 2h of travelling.
But really need more informations about the places we have to take the bus for going back to Bangkok. It was difficult to reach the van Terminal next to the hospital, because I did not know it was there.
It was difficult leaving with the van because people did not trust me when I said I already paid my ticket at Bangkok. Even if the ticket was written in Thai.
You have to work on that.

You charged us double what we would have paid for it if we turned up on the day. The staff were very rude about our online booking and nearly charged us again. Do not use this service just pay on the day

Very nice lady at the booth, converted my voucher and called the driver. (Picture of booth provided on 12GoAsia voucher proved very very useful to find the right booth.)
I was the only passenger, so we left 15 mn early. Arrived on time. Very good driver, didn't use his phone while he was driving. No radio either, thank goodness. And nice minivan. Has seatbelts. A/C works fine. A pleasant trip.
Once in Amphawa, fresh off the van, another lady helps you getting to your hotel and planning your return trip.

Could be improved by having signage we can recognise at the van station. It's obvious this is a local's van station and staff were surprised to see us. Staff at the station were helpful once they saw our receipt - they stopped trying to sell to us. Driver was pleasant even though he couldn't speak english and we couldn't speak thai. Got us there safely although local driving conditions are generally a bit hair raising for us, coming from NZ. We enjoyed the experience and preferred it as a more genuine local experience than more upmarket tourist only services .

The bus left 20 mins late on our way to Amphawa and the return jouney left Amphawa over an hour late! We never made it back to Sai Tai Koa as the driver dropped us off on a busy highway with no direction of where in Bangkok he’d left us. Not happy! The only reason this has got 2 stars is because the car did indeed have air con and did get us to the market. That’s all.

Salimos con 15 minutos de retraso y llegamos en 1 hora y media. A la vuelta el viaje se hizo muy pesado. Tardó casi 2 horas y media. Aún así pedimos volver antes a bangkok y hubo ningún problema.

Amphawa floating market is a nice place, we recomment to go.
Hope can improve the van service.Actually we book the departure time on 1700, when we collect the ticket, they change the departure time to 1820. Reason is van are full.

We arrived at bus station 40 minutes early. Handed our tickets to reception which we booked and paid for online. They looked very surprised. No sign of bus. Lot's of phone calls later we ended up on a later different bus to different location and there was not room for our baggage even though we paid for extra seat.

Hat alles super geklappt, nur bei der Rückfahrt hatten wir eine kurze Diskussion, weil der Fahrer meinte, dass er die Buchungsseite nicht kenne und wir noch zahlen müssten aber nach ein paar anrufen hat es sich geklärt!
