They upgraded us from the minivans to a big bus because I think they overbooked but it was more comfortable that way anyway. 1 bad part was the a/c on the bus was barely operational and made for a hot journey. Overall it was a good trip.

We left more than half an hour late, then the driver stopped again on the way to have sandwiches made....
The journey was therefore long and uncomfortable. However, we arrived safely ????

Kira PThe bus started 1 hour late. There was not enough information about the travel. The bus did not take the high way instead ir took a very bumpy road with many potholes. The bus stopped several times in a small village before Vang Vieng. Since we paid double the price that was asked for at the bus station it would have been nice to have more information before booking this bus.
