On time, everything went smoothly. We were picked up at the airport and a young woman came straight to the car at the pier and then accompanied us all the way (check-in, etc.) to the boat. We didn't have to "think" anything - it was great. For seasick people - sit in the back, it winds very nicely ;-)

Pünktlich, hat alles geklappt. Wurden am Flughafen abgeholt und am Pier kam direkt eine junge Frau zum Auto und hat uns dann den ganzen Weg (Checkin, etc.) bis zum Boot begleitet. Wir mussten nichts „denken“ - war super. Für Seekranke - hinten sitzen, da windet es sehr schön. ;-)

I highly recommend HI Lipe as tour operator choice for Hatyai to Ko Lipe transfer. It was my first time going to Ko Lipe and I did as much research as i could to ensure a smooth trip. They didn't have a whole lot of reviews but i can tell from the pics that the van was newer and they partner with PloySiam, my preferred choice of boat company. This was all true. I got picked up at Hatyai airport on time and the van was definitely bigger and newer than competitors. It was a smooth journey to Pak Bara pier. But it my was experience at the pier than took it up a whole new level. Hi Lipe team met us at pier, helped with our luggage as were travelling with quite a lot of luggage, and almost served us as personal guides informing and helping us with every step of way. It was such a smooth and seamless process. Where I come from in the US, you could pay a whole lot and not receive the same level of service as provided by HI Lipe team. I highly recommend booking with them if you want to receive VIP service. It will be the best decision you make on the trip.

Amazing service!
Right on time to get us at Hat Yai airport in a mini van all to ourselves. After 1.5h more or less, we arrived in Pakbara and were quickly escorted to the speedboat. Bumpy ride because of the big waves but good driver! Arrived in Koh Lipe on time and all good.

Connections were easy. There was alway a person ready for us for the next part of the journey. Good comfortable van. Fast speed boat. Everything was clean. So it is also value for money.

Driver didn't speak English and sometime his behavior without explanation looked bit rude. He also completely ignore Road code, but I think it is quite common problem in Thailand... Everything else is fine. Thank you.
