The organization of the trip works. But it always looks like the staff did not know how proceed.

Good bus ride and speed boat. We started to drive abit later just because some other travellers came too late. Otherwise we would have been on time

Only left half an hour late. Which seems reasonable for Thailand. The ride was very good. One toilet break. The speed boat to the island was very fast and comfortable. Transfer from bus to boat was with a small open car with no doors. Very nice. Waited 20 minutes between bus and boat. People got some food meanwhile.

Quality service, on time, friendly staff, they even called me 30 minutes before departure to know if I'm not missing on time.

Bus left on time, 2 stops to pee made. When we arrived by bus we were picked up directly by the crew and after 5minutes of waiting we went safely and together as a group to the ferry. There again 5Minuten waited. The ride with the speed boat (ferry) was fast, partly a bit jerky, but very pleasant. Overall, I was fully satisfied, especially at this low price

Really helpful staff when I got to Ekkhami station early and asked whether I could take an earlier bus. The immediately sorted this out. The bus was comfortable enough and there was a toilet break dtop. On arrival in Rayong everyone is so organised even to the extent that they had my name on a list when I got there. They gave us a bottle of water and out us on the boat and helped with the luggage.

In most cases you will need to keep your bags, backpacks or suitcases under your seat or in the aisle. Thus van is not the best choice if you travel with huge luggage. F this is the case, consider buying a separate ticket for your bags or choose bus instead.

On certain routes, vans are your only choice of transportation as no buses, trains or flights are available between those destinations.

It is a popular question whether it is necessary to book van tickets in advance. Though some routes feature a lot of departures, we still highly recommend booking your seat especially if you are going to take one of the last vans of the day; travelling during weekends, public holidays or busy tourist seasons; are in a group of two or more and want to travel on the same van.
