I boarded the bus back to KL from Penang to be told they would not accept my electronic ticket on my phone like they did in KL and the office was only an agent and not the same as KL, so additional charge to print each ticket. The bus had an older interior, which in itself was not a problem, although not as comfy as the bus from KL. They showed English movies, which unfortunately had been dubbed and just had English subtitles. The main issue was as a party of 3 people I had pre booked seats so we were all together, only to be told we could not have the seats i booked due to an earlier bus breakdown. The driver was polite and apologised about the situation, however when i book and pay for specific seats I would expect that these are the seats I have. I appreciate sometimes circumstances happen out of your control, this should not come at the expense of the customer. Surely those booked should be seated first then accommodate the remaining passengers in the other seats. Regards, D Moynihan
