- Bangkok's northern bus station is huge! You can get there from MRT subway station Khampaeng Phet by taxi (less than 50 Baht).
Ticket counter no. 48 is located on Ground Floor of the Northern Bus Terminal (Morchit 2, Kampaengphet 2 Road). Boarding location is on platform no. 78
Passenger should arrive 30 minutes before the departure time. Your 12Go voucher is your proof of payment. Please print the first page and show it at the check-in counter to get your bus ticket.
Luggage allowance: 1 x 20kg plus 1 hand carry bag.

Hi Laura, you may have met a situation when they had new staff at the station who did not get proper instructions yet + buses don't run each 15 minutes with this company from that station. I would not be surprised if you showed it to the wrong counter, too. Our online or over-the-phone support works, phone number is on the ticket, email is working and support on the website is working too. I don't quite get the complaint on the "same price". Did you expect it be cheaper? Do you get salary when you work in UK, or you work for free? We earned 6 baht on your booking (yes we can refund it back). To make you happy with support we need quite a lot of people (english-speaking, which makes them expensive!). Add much more expensive programmers, sales people, management, office, servers and expenses. You'll get to about 20-30 people - multiply by your salary. Lets say its 40k as "operations coordinator". 40k times 25 staff times 12 months = 12 million pounds a year I have to make just to break even - working with 6 baht profits. Why do you think your ticket should be CHEAPER with us than at the station? All these people have to kiss the dust before your greatness, confirm themselves crap and work for free because you had a (quite rare) problem of non-acceptance issue over a 120 baht ticket - and put yourself into 3 hours waiting instead of just buying new one and having us refund the unused? Attend to your parents or your boyfriend this way - not to us. Don't ever use our service anymore. Alex.
