For passengers traveling from Hat Yai to Kuala Lumpur check-in is at least 60 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
For passengers traveling between Langkawi and Koh Lipe, please come to check in at least 90 minutes before departure to complete customs procedures.

For passengers traveling to Koh Lipe, Koh Tarutao, and Koh Bulone:
Koh Lipe: In Pak Bara Pier customer has to pay 20 THB to get inside the speedboat. Once arrive at Koh Lipe, there will be entrance fee 200 THB/person.
Koh Tarutao: In Pak Bara Pier customer has to pay 20 THB to get inside the speedboat which will go directly to the island where there will be entrance fee 200 THB/person.
Koh Bulone: In Pak Bara Pier customer has to pay 20 THB to get inside the speedboat, then 50 THB/person to longtail boat driver. There is no entrance fee on Koh Bulone.
