There were no problems with the ferry, the staff is very helpful, took my heavy luggage and put it in the luggage containment and then handed it to me on a pier.
Waiting in the line is a bit of trouble, there are places where you can sit, but we've been called to the queue and had to stand there for about half an hour.
In the airport, it's quite hard to find the stand, and if you've decided to go to the airport information office, you'll have to explain where you are going to airport security. Luckily, everyone is very nice and helpful, so it's not a big problem.

Ferry left on time and was ok. Boat was rolling in small waves . I would not want to be on this boat if it was rough. No problem with vouchers from 12 go . We had backpacks so it was better people with luggage had to wait to get it out of the big pile. If you have fragile stuff get on the boat last so your luggage goes on top.

the staff arriving at the airport, I showed my reservation online, and they sent me to take a taxi and I was going to take a ferry on my own when I was paying. until I consulted a guy at the meeting point and told me to go back to the counter and there the people treated me in a better way.
In the ferry station, the personal very friendly and the trip well, but I don’t like go with my baggage with step.

We got our ticket to Ko Phangan within 1 minute on this website. The only problem was finding out which pier it was, because the taxi driver brought us to the wrong one. Please, check in advance ,because they are within 5-15 min walking distance from each other and you will pay 200 baht extra if you end up at a wrong one.
On the ferry we had a problem that when we arrived to some station, there was no information which station it was and that the crew was gojng to take out all the suitcases from the ferry to the pier by themselves. It felt a bit chaotic if you are for the first time taking the ferry. Otherwise all ok.

The voyage with the Seatran ferry from Koh Samui to Koh Phangan was rough. Although the sea was calm the high speed of the boat made it to bump heaviliy on the sea causing quite some discomfort. No safety instructions were given and the lifevests were poor. I could not identify emergency exits or liferafts. Also watch your luggage, they threw it from a few meters high on the pier. Next time I would look for a slower ferry but with more focus on safety.

Everything great and as expected! I was collected from the Samui airport in an air conditioned minibus and dropped at the pier nearby where I waited for maybe 30 minutes for the boat. I was then directed to my boat, helped with my luggage, and dropped at Thong Sala Pier, about 15 minutes earlier than my expected arrival time. The boat was clean, comfortable, and air conditioned, and I saw that there were snacks on sale. All good! Recommended.

Fast and on time. Getting off the ferry was a hassle because luggage was stored in various locations on the ferry therefore getting off took some time and people had to wait longer than other ferries to receive their luggage

Left late arrived at least 20mins late on a half hour journey, otherwise all ok. Tip ignore the taxi sharks wanting 300 bht/person on a moped till you get into taxi rank - 150batt to haad rin in aircon minibus on quite precarious roads
