The bus broke down 45 min into the journey, but they replaced the bus with a working bus promptly and professionally and we continued to our destination!

I was seated in the very front passenger side window seat. It was very uncomfortable. A small person could fit but a person larger than me would be impossible. The regular seats looked very comfortable and good leg room. 12go website did not have information about how I can avoid being assigned such an uncomfortable seat in the future. Everything else was great. Timing was spot on! 0600-1115.
