The bus was VERY comfortable. In fact, we were actually really surprised as to how comfortable it was: the seats reclined all the way back to an almost lying-down positions, screens with movies, radio and games, water, snacks. Even more comfortable than the plane we were on on our way to Myanmar. HOWEVER: the noise was CONSTANT. I think Burmese people are used to city noise so silence is a luxury they might not be able to afford, so they don't see the harm in being noisy. A family with a child behind us were playing YouTube videos for hours with their speaker on right behind us, the driver had his radio on so loudly for the whole 11-hour night ride, yet he was talking with the hostess even louder during the ENTIRE ride. Let me tell you one thing: we did not get ANY sleep. The reason we booked a night ride was that we had a lot to do in the morning / the next day and wanted to take any opportunity we could to sleep. Well, we didn't. So despite the luxury and the comfort of the vehicle, we were really disappointed in our experience.

It was very hard to find a right bus operator. The bus station expanded for several streets. The bus was very comfortable. Water, blanket was included. Two stops with the toilet. Inside the bus was very cold and a/c was working all the way.

Much better than expected. Great service, very comfortable reclining seats, with screens to watch movies, they gave us a drink and a cola and the staff is very friendly. Totally recommended!
