My bus was cancelled last minute and then I was switched to another bus that was meant to run at the same time but was 30mins delayed. The overall trip was late 3.5hrs, mainly due to the foggy weather I think. The sleeper was a little short but no problems with that. Staff were friendly and helpful.

They did not warn us that the train was leaving from another station in Varanasi and we went to the one on the ticket and the one on the Internet. We had to pay for another transport to the new station and luckily we went with time and it occurred to us to ask at the station and they were the ones who told us that it did not leave from there.
The train in first class was dirty and with garbage inside the cabin, nothing to do with the photos. They could have cleaned up while it was stopped at the station before leaving, at least remove all the garbage from the garbage can.
On a good note, the train was on time.

No nos avisaron de que el tren salía de otra estación de varanasi y nos presentamos en la que ponía en el boleto y la que constaba en Internet. Tuvimos que pagar otro transporte a la nueva estación y menos mal que fuimos con tiempo y se nos ocurrió preguntar en la estación que fueron los que nos dijeron que no salía desde allí.
El tren en primera clase estaba sucio y con basura dentro del camarote, nada que ver con las fotos. Podrían haber limpiado mientras estuvo parado en la estación antes de salir, por lo menos quitar toda la basura de la papelera.
