The Phantip transfer from the port to Surat Thani was okay, but beware, they try to rip off tourists! First, we waited far too long at Donsak Port, and then, even though it's only a 60-minute trip, we stopped for 10-15 minutes at a rest area after 30 minutes so everyone could do some shopping. Instead of the agreed-upon drop-off point, we drove a few minutes further to a place with lots of taxis who were trying to bring you somewhere. I had to walk back to the city. I won't be using Phantip again!

Finn DI didn’t get my refund for a ferry that I couldn’t go on because I am sick. I even booked a new ferry but they wouldn’t let me get the money for the previous one back, even though I cancelled it before the boat left.
Additionally, the names of the different locations are sometimes so similar that you mistake them. I booked a wrong ferry once because of this. It’d be better if the names of the locations you can travel to were specified
