Luce PThe bus was comfortable but quite old. We wanted to have upstairs seat but the layout on 12go was wrong and we got our seats, but they were downstairs.
Downstairs was fairly noisy, extremely cold AC, and no separation between where the drivers seat and our seats, so we got lights from the front during the trip. It would been better if there was a curtain.
Charging my phone was not working (outlet broken).
The seat upstairs were much better.
The bus was planned to arrive at 5 am but we arrived at 6.30 am.
I had previous experience with sunbus that were much better : the seat upstairs are comfy and you can usually manage A/C

รัตนา บ-I don't use Sunbus service ,so I don't know about service such as stopping for toilet
-after checked in and sit into bus no information about faciliatory or saving demonstration from staff
-set box food looked cheap
-staff uniform who service on bus looked like local bus, without smiiling
