We paid a small amount for ”a better” service because this was our first time travelling by train in Thailand, so thought we might need some extra help. Don’t know how much others paid, because we we’re hardly served! For example they we’re selling food for everyone in the train… Everyone except us! No one even asked if we would like to buy some food. Maybe they didn’t speak english and that’s totally fine, but don’t think it’s ok to sell more expencive ticket to get better service if there’s no one who’s able to do that?
