The organization and procedure were great. However, the rickety minivan was overcrowded with luggage and passengers and the 1.5 hour drive to the ferry was very uncomfortable. The ferry was quite old and shabby.

Hi when i checked in i told the company i would be 15 mins late because of flight , i arrived and went to counter oh you missed the bus you need to get a taxi to harbour so was pointed in the general direction to some other place to try find a taxi lucky for me the other place a lady got up and found me a driver because the flight arrived 15 past bus checkin cost me 600 for the taxi , the guy arrived with about 5 mins to spare very fast drive , if not for him i would have missed the boat you should advise when people checkin just for boat ticket and you will need a taxi no bus

Everything worked good for us! Someone was waiting for us at the airport hall, the bus took us to the harbour where there were toilets and snacks available. Ps. You cant buy food on the ferry!
