Nicole NBooked the VIP24 bus from Bangkok to Krabi. Journey was 11 hours but was super comfortable. I had a singular seat (travelled on my own) which was good, and the bus wasn’t fully booked so plenty of space. I think there was a free meal but wasn’t too sure how to claim this, but there was a snack and drink provided. Definitely will be travelling back on this bus!

Iliana AThe bus left kinda on time,we arrived at 8ish. It was cold but they gave us blankets. PRO TIP get seat on the first floor cause you only have to deal with the snoring or few people,rather than the whole bus hahaha.

Sterre MIt was a 13 hour bus trip, but all in all not a terrible experience. Bus drove steady and left in time, but arrived 2 hours late, which was perfect for us so we did not have to wait in the dark at the Krabi bus terminal till we could enter our resort. You get a blanket, water and a snack and you make a stop at a rest place especially for buses where u get a voucher for a meal, although they did not tell us that specifically.
Bring a neck rest, nightmask and earbuds and you will be fine. Remember it’s a 13 hour bus drive, help yourself be comfortable. Very good experience and trip for this price.

Marta Fast Check in and security at the airport in Bangkok. Plane was on time, friendly flight attendants. Only negative thing was that the the airline didn’t provide free beverages.

Anton RIt’s a long bus ride, but it is convenient and felt safe. The bus stopped one time for 20 minutes after 6 hours.
The bus terminal is very big and so my recommendation is be there early.

Mikko HThe most important thing, getting from point A to B, happened so I'm pleased.
Few negatives though: I'm 186 cm and I wasn't able to straighten my legs properly. Had poor sleep because I woke up having my knees paralyzed. I'm not exactly young anymore so that might have something to do with discomfort.
The other thing is there seemed to be confusion between other passangers about food offered. There was talk about vouchers that enable one warm meal during a stop. No such voucher, however, was given to us. We were sort of relying on that. We were offered water and snack.
Don't expect luxury. Have something to eat if need be. You'll be fine

Nora KBus was on time, we got snacks and even stopped at a foot court at around 11:30pm which was a bit late but had great options and we even got a voucher for a free meal there. Seats could be declined very far.
The bus stops at different locations where people get on and off but it wasn’t too loud. Toilet was small but at least we had one. Overall good option to travel
