Although the bus was very comfortable and on time in departure, it was 2 hours and 15 minutes late to Mersing making us miss our ferry. With only a 45 minute combined waiting on Singapore - Malaysia border and no other delays, the bus was obviously never going to make the trip in 3:15 h which is the advertised time. So I call false advertising on this one and urge everyone to expect at least a 5 hour trip.
