Nicholas PI booked a return from Sihanoukville to Koh Toch with 12Go ($36.65). It was actually booked as two single trips.
Due to Covid, I wasn’t able to visit Cambodia. 12Go refunded one of the trips (I received $16.64), but not both . I raised this with them, but they denied I had booked two trips despite me doing it at the same time and on the same payment.
After some back and forth conversation via email - including me sending a screenshot of my payment - I gave up and let them keep the money.
When I re-book for 2021, I will use a different company.
