Drivers were rude. Bus was over an hour wait. We had to move our luggage multiple times because the operators didn’t know where the buss was going to stop. The drivers kept stopping to pick up and drop off packages so a “6 hour” trip turned into a “12 hour” trip. The drivers had a real attitude problem. The children on the bus were so loud but neither the parents or drivers did anything about it. There was no sleeping on this sleeper bus. The bus itself was so dirty. There was trash everywhere from the previous riders. It was so hot. The drivers refused to turn up the AC so riders in the back were suffocating.

The bus left according to the schedule, and was in Ha Long on time. There was one longer stop (20-30 min) half-way through for lunch. There was no toilet on the bus. Yet, the bus stopped a few times at a sort of bus stations to load and unload stuff, and is was possible to use toilet at those places. Drinking water is not provided on this bus. Drivers did not speak English, and were rather abrupt, but overall did their job well. The bus was not full, about 1/4-1/3 seats were free.

I’m not sure what it is about the conductors on the Night Buses and their rudeness. The insistence on telling you where you have to sit. Partners who wanted to be next to each other,I was travelling with my kid they wanted us at opposite ends of the bus. For no reason. We ended up ignoring him and sitting wherever but not without copping streams of angry shouting.

Details on website differ from what operator offer. It’s 9over hrs from Sapa to Halong Bay not as per what they indicate as 6hrs 5 mins. Expect the bus stop few times to pick up and alight other passengers. There’s only 1 stop over for quick lunch and toilet break. It’s not announce when we arrive Halong Bay so 23 ended getting off the road with another pair of tourist. Bus operator do not speak English so u better know know how to Google map and use translator to ask basic questions l.

Filled the seats and then the walk ways with people sitting down. Heaps of stops to pick up parcels and people on the side of the roads - but I've found this very common in Southeast Asia. We stoped for 10 mins half way to go toilet and get food. Nice driving. Probably would opt for a van over the bus next time.

The street name wasn’t the same as the meeting spot. It was missing a whole word! We thought we would head to where we got dropped off at Sapa. But there was no bus. We walked up the street and a lady said we had missed the bus. It must’ve left early! Sapa Express we’re great at getting us on another bus, but unfortunately the trip was awful. It took 12 hours and very uncomfortable. Sapa Express was much better. Note: Triple check meeting spots and addresses! Otherwise booking through here was great, super easy!

Once again, the boarding point was not where you indicated on the voucher. In addition, the bus took more 3h than the forecasted on the voucher and stoped more than 10 times to pickup and leave passangers (I am sure it was not programmed stops) but when it was to have lunch I had less than 20 minutes to eat in a rush. Moreover the seats are not dimensioned to an average European size. It is disconfortable to travel on such small seats.

The departure location mentioned in the confirmation email was not correct. Therefore we missed the first bus. Calling the hotline number is also not possible because it is a Thai number do you have to look it up and try by yourself. After contacting our hotel they managed to shift us to a later bus which took 14 hours instead of 8 because it broke down in the middle of the night and we had to wait for a replacement. Also the bus stopped really often and they could not speak English. Luckily one employee used the translator to show us what is going on.
