Well coordinated however one needs to understand the process before otherwise you will be dragging your luggage all over between agency and Harbour. One person can get the boarding card and one can stay near the Harbour with the luggage.

Maintenance of the boat wasn't done well, seats were broken, poor ventilation in the boat as well. Upon arrival, we were on a floating platform and during that time the current was quite strong. There were a few young children on the boat, it was quite dangerous for them.
