Worst experience ever. We had the confirmed tickets still when we went to the counter one hour before the time for check in, we got to know that they are already full and the 12goasia hasn’t send our tickets to them. We had to look for other options on spot which were more expensive 12 euro per person. We contacted the air asia support also but there has been no reply. We should get a refund and additional amount as compensation

The boat was late but just 20 which I think is normal in Bali. It fid not have aircon but was a shot trip and was okey with the windows open.

For no reason at all (ideal weather, no crowd in Ssnur harbout building) we were 50 minutes late and I almost missed scuba diving trip because of that delay.

Smooth process. Just show the QR code to the ferry company's desk and they'll provide you with a printed ticket and a lanyard to wear so it's clear which boat you should take. Very simple.

The boat ride was fine, but the company was nowhere to be found. In the harbour we were sent 6 different places and nobody knew were it was. I think we were looking for 45 minutes. It was chaos. Eventually is was in a backyard somewhere behind Axe Stone.
