Merel GThe boat ride was fine, but the company was nowhere to be found. In the harbour we were sent 6 different places and nobody knew were it was. I think we were looking for 45 minutes. It was chaos. Eventually is was in a backyard somewhere behind Axe Stone.

Lauren DWe boarded a bit later than expected but it’s bali and everyone’s relaxed. Very well organised, not too stuffy especially if you sit near the front of the boat or next to a window. Not much leg room though.

Yenzully Was very easy to get ticket. On arrival they scan your ticket give you a boarding ticket . They take the loggage and you can wait at a coffe shop. After you walk with the whole group to the boarding building.
Small seat only thing the fan on the ferry where not working .

Lander WThere are some bad reviews, but for me everything went very smooth. I first got to their main office to exchange my 12GO ticket into a real one (YOU NEED TO DO THIS!!), then 5 min of walking to the harbour house, wait until the indicated time and got on the boat easily. Trip took about 45 min and everything went smoothly. There is no AC on the boat, but there are fans so just pick your places wisely ;)
