Pick up was even a few minutes early and our driver was great! He helped carrying the luggage, welcomed everyone, told us he could stop whenever we need it and the approximate time of our arrival. Sounds just normal but I have never experienced that before. Thanks, that was a nice shuttle!

My husband and I had a great experience transferring from the San Jose airport to La Fortuna. We were delayed in customs for longer than expected, but I was able to reach a customer service agent who got in contact with the bus driver and delayed the departure a few minutes for us. We really appreciated it! The ride was comfortable and our driver told us interesting facts along the way. We even arrived a little ahead of schedule!

Very nice! It is worth to pay more than the bus to have someone pick you up and drop you off anywhere you want and you have AC! My sister and I felt safe all the way!

Ride was fine, but the driver had to pick up others and therefore drove around. I arrived at 11:15 at the airport instead of the promised 10:00. Gave me a lot of stress in combination with my flight 1,5 hours later. And it wasn’t communicated upfront.

The ride was ok, unfortunately they were over an hour late, which after a long flight was not great. It seemed as if they forgot about us, so I actually had to get in touch and double check they are coming. Other than that, everything else was good
