We booked the van that was supposed to leave at 3.30 AM. Nobody showed. We were set to go with the van that leaved 5.30 AM after the staff at the counter arrived around 4.30 AM.

A very comfortable bus, and a kind and helpful driver, perfect temperature on the bus, not too cold a/c but pleasant mild fresh temperature.

When we arrived at the bus station, we were met by an unfriendly lady who told us that our minivan was fully booked. Despite our insistence that we had reserved seats and that they had been reserved, the lady didn't care. She barely looked at us and only repeated that the minivan was fully booked and that she hadn't received any information about us. Given that we had to be in Bangkok in the evening as we had an early flight the next day, this was not acceptable. Fortunately, a gentleman and a lady finally found a solution.
