I don’t mind to pay the extra to avoid bullshits but the bus still left 20’ late, and picked up someone on the way.

Got bad stomachs from the restaurant at the boarder, be careful about what you order! Bus trip it self went well, nice with internet on board...the driver has an aggressive drive style, but that seems to be common

I read a lot of negative stuff about this company, however decided to go with them anyway because the timing fitted. They left half hour early, luckily I ti was early! I had almost all the Coach h to myself. The AC was working. The staff were pleasant and did not ask me for any additional money. The crossing was really easy. Took around 7 hours. I would do travel with them again. I have no complaints whatsoever ????

The bus is on time & safe drive. The service staff on the bus really helps us in passing immigration. But, they dropped us or ended up the way at public bus station and they didn’t go to their own bus station. The consequence is that we had problems with the motorbike drivers from the bus station they dropped us. The motorbike drivers cheated on hiring price to us and the motorbike drivers are rude. They wear blue shirt and red labelled seal on their arm. I didn’t expect they would do like that. ????

Everything is cool! I don't know why on google maps they have a real low rating. Before departure the girl checked all passwords and some people left the bus because they didn't have visas. ON board everything were organised and no problem at all. 90% of travellers were foreigners. The bus came to Vietnam 3 hours late schedule time& Staff can speak english! Recommend

Helped with getting an express visa for one of my group that had the wrong one and didn't even charge us for moving on to a later bus. Bus was comfortable and, although a little late arriving, was perfect for what it needed to do. Stopped off twice for toilets and snacks too. Amazing for the price!

the trip was ok and exactly as “forecasted.” late arrival, messy and well, i am just glad it wasn’t me dealing with all these unprepared tourists. thank god driver was composed and well collected the whole time. his assistant on the other hand not so much — and who is to blame him? the adventure was ok, really! i just wish i had known that by requesting to be taken to the airport versus the stop in town, i was not to be just dropped off on the side of the road two miles away from the actual airport. TWO MILES! wifi on the bus never did work. so i had no clue where the heck i was. i just trusted that i was being dropped off near the airport. not! luggage, lunch box, shopping bags and live chickens on tow, i accepted a ride onboard a motorbike. oh my! that was for sure the highlight of my SE asia experience. haha #rushhour 1. no wifi 2. just dropped off ????

Bus Express, The SinhTourist, Nov 23, 2019
Not recommended. We had a hard time finding the boarding point as the google map coordinates indicated in the ticket are incorrect. It took us 40 minutes to find it. The bus is relatively old and needs some rennovation. The bus staff is also not accomodating, Given other options, will not book this one

Ride was nice and staff friendly but we were forced to pay an extra $2,each to process our evisa when the visa website itself says that it is just a scam and we shouldn’t be having any other charges! Would love to get our money back!
