Phnom Penh Kumho to Kampot Giant Ibis Destination Reviews

No climatisation, and not enought place for the legs because of some people bringing 4 bags for each?? we were on time

Easy check-in process with seating to wait in. The van itself was clean and air conditioned. It felt quite cramped - the chairs at the rear of the minivan sit 2 comfortably but 3 of us were crammed in. I sat with my arms uncomfortably at a strange angle, and I know the very tall 3rd person struggled too. The driver made several stops to allow for restroom and snacks.

Air conditioning is not working well. And I do not have foot space due to other customers baggage occupied my foot space.

The mini van departured 50 min late and in the end the delay was even bigger. The van was a bit older (compared to the pictures at their websites) and was designed for 14 passangers, but there were 16 seats. It had almost no space for lugages, so the lugages were all around the bus. Otherwise ok, the AC worked.

Straightforward, comfy seats. 1 stop

THE TOUR GUIDE WAS VERY UNFRIENDLY AND RELATIVELY LAZY COMPARED TO OTHER TRIPS. IN ADDITION, AN ASIAN PASSENGER WHO WAS LATE WAS PICKED UP ON THE WAY, SO THE BUS HAD TO WAIT. WE FOREIGNERS HAVE TO BE THERE 20 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE. WHY DOESN'T THIS ALSO APPLY TO ASIANS?
