All was perfect.

The bus left an hour late. Since 12go had not sent the operator my e-mail address (as they said) the operator was not able to inform me in advance. The journey itself was very good with a few more stops than expected as we got nearer to Siem Reap.

Great experience. Company and driver provided great customer service

The Phom Phen office forgot to tell the driver that our stop was Siem Reap, and we ended up at the Thai border. Besides the office forgetting to tell the driver that VERY important detail, the driver was very unhelpful. We tried to communicate with him through our translator (he didn't speak English), but he was REALLY rude. He used his translator to tell us to "get out" at 4 in the morning in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately, we contacted our Khamer-speaking Airbnb friend to understand what happened. But in the end, we ended up driving almost 3 hours from Siem Reap. Wait for over an hour and then 3 hours back to Siem Reap.

Started on time bus was full ,had restroom break at 9.30 am and after that had lunch break at 11.45 for 30 minutes. Reached siem reap around 3.15pm.can drive faster .relatively very less traffic in the route, why the need such slow driving I don't know. Seat comfortable, had good leg space.
Bus Tourist AC, Mey Hong Bus (Mey Hong Bus), Mar 25, 2024

Decent - seats were ok, bus took an couple more hours than was expected (especially as the bus I got back to Phnom Penh was 4 hours), stops for toilet and food at a restaurant. Restaurant comes quite lowly rated on google maps and is expensive for Cambodian standards. Recommend to bring own snacks and food and just be aware of travel time being longer.

Fair price for the service it offers. The only negative point is that the bus terminal is far from the center, but nothing that a tuktuk can't reach

Good customer service, the bus runs smoothly, and they offer free tea, coffee, candy, and lunch. The minus is that the legroom is not comfortable, it's too small.
