Small seat, uncomfortable for someone that's over 5ft. The arm rest was broken and I spent what turned out to be almost 8 hours trying not to fall out of the seat. Bus arrived over 2 hours late, which was part due to traffic but this added frustration and the discomfort was overall unbearable.
