Michael BAfter about an hour we stopped for an hour and changed a bus. At least this one was better.
The real issue for me was the treatment from the staff. Even though they didn’t know a word of English they managed to be very rude and unpleasant.

Anne BStaff was not as friendly as on other busses and there were some people sleeping on the floor next to us taking quite a lot of space. My advice: Do not book the lower seats in the back ;) After some longer communication over Google translate, the people on the floor were moved to free beds, but it was kind of stressful for us. Other than that the ride was okay and the bus was clean.
