Disappointed to know that the bus trip only ended at Larkin Bus Terminal instead of Singapore Golden Mile Complex on the very last minute before boarding. Would appreciate if the Management could inform its customers earlier if ever the trip back to Singapore were not feasible. Let your customer know earlier to plan for alternative transport for it is rather difficult to get around coming back from Johore to Singapore, for people travelling with the elderlies and young children especially.

Way too many stops for unnecessary amounts of time. The driver would also stop for smokes too often. We arrived 6 hours late at 2am instead of 7pm

The bus was very nice but as others has pointed out we hade booked the bus at 21.00 and was asked to be there 30min before. But the buss left at 21.40 to pick up other passengers and we started the journey for real some time after 22.00. Then whe hade to change bus for some reason somewhere in Malaysia and the information about it was very poor and confusing. At the Malaysian border there was no information about where the bus would pick us up on the other side and the same for the Singapore border. We managed to find the bus each time but it was unneassesary stressfull.
