Boat was overbooked, seats were extremely cramped with my seat not having a seat back, poor airflow / AC. Friendly enough staff, no safety presentation. Luckily the weather was good enough to sit on the top deck for space and fresh air. Luggage handling was very casual, make sure they don’t offload your luggage at the wrong stop. Harbour ‘donation’ of IDR10k enforced by locals was quite abrupt. Heard other fast boat operators had nicer boats, and better service.

Good company, nothing much to complain.
We took the early ride at 8:30 in the morning and left pretty much on time (+10min). The staff was friendly and professional and - despite what other comments said - we arrived at Bangsal Lombok as the last stop after 2.5 hours.
The ferry gets very crammed after Gili T with loud party tourists (as you'd expect from that island) but the first half of the ride was excellent, comfy and calm.
What could be improved is the expected check-in time of 1hour prior.. it's a bit much, especially in the morning (there's a kinda pricey restaurant just next to the company's office).

The pickup worked great for this I would give 5 stars. The journey itself was also no problem. We were at the pier around 8. I booked exactly this transportation because it said I would be in Lombok at 9:30. But then I was very rude to learn that our boat would not leave before 10 am and that we would actually arrive in Lombok at 1:30 pm. I find that 4 hours later than it said on my ticket very cheeky. It's not a problem if everything takes longer, but then the ticket and the information should also include the correct times. We were at the pier in Bali at 8 a.m. - if the boat had left promptly, we would have been in Lombok around 9:30-10. At this point we had only just left Bali. Unfortunately, this is the first time I have given a negative and detailed review. When I asked why the wrong information was being sold on the ticket, I was made to feel very stupid and was told in an unfriendly way that I could stay if the times didn't suit me.

Das Abholen hat super geklappt hierfür würde ich 5 Sterne vergeben. Die Fahrt an sich auch alles kein Problem. Wir sind gegen 8 am Pier gewesen. Ich habe genau diesen Transport gebucht weil da stand ich bin um 9:30 in Lombok. Sehr sehr unverschämt dann aber zu erfahren dass unser Boot nicht vor 10 Uhr ablegen wird und wir um 13:30 ca in Lombok tatsächlich erst ankommen. 4h spâter als auf meinem Ticket stand finde ich sehr dreist. Es ist kein Problem wenn alles länger dauert aber dann sollte das Ticket und die Angaben auch die richtigen Uhrzeiten beinhalten. Wir waren um 8 in Bali am Pier - wenn das Boot dann zeitnah gefahren wäre ist man ca 9:30-10 in Lombok. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt haben wir gerade erst einmal Bali verlassen. Leider zum ersten Mal dass ich eine negative und ausführliche Bewertung abgebe. Als ich nachfragte wieso falsche Angaben verkauft werden auf dem Ticket wurde ich sehr dumm angemacht, auf unfreundliche Art und Weise wurde kommuniziert ich könne auch da bleiben wenn mir die Zeiten nicht passen würden.
